    Poor customer service, made my reservation called 2 times placed me on a 20 minute hold then an 18 minute until i called a 3rd time i asked if my reservation was confirmed and everything was ok. I get to the place and would not take my debit card they said they needed a credit card this was not mentioned to me. As a business why not let the customer know in advance the requirements to plan ahead. I work for a dealership and work directly with rentals and i make sure to tell customers requirements all of them!!! Aside from that the girl with the red hair was dismissive talking over me to other customers. I work customer service and I hate to leave these reviews but they need to do better! I refer our customers to these guys now with this will be sending them elsewhere.

    I picked up on Monday morning. They were swamped with cars coming in and going out. The staff was working diligently to get us going as quickly as possible. About a 15 minute delay was all.

    On vacation. Worst experience ever picking up a reservation . Didn’t have it. Tried convince me a jeep wrangler is an upgrade. Lost half my day. They drive me to another location. Pick up my “upgrade “ Drove it for an hour took it back and still want to over charge me. Never mind calling they don’t answer phones.
