  I picked up on Monday morning. They were swamped with cars coming in and going out. The staff was working diligently to get us going as quickly as possible. About a 15 minute delay was all.

  On vacation. Worst experience ever picking up a reservation . Didn’t have it. Tried convince me a jeep wrangler is an upgrade. Lost half my day. They drive me to another location. Pick up my “upgrade “ Drove it for an hour took it back and still want to over charge me. Never mind calling they don’t answer phones.

  Took a long time to get a previously reserved vehicle. Staff was "overly professional" in that they hid behind company policy rather than genuinely attempting to solve problems and be accommodating. I won't be reserving / renting vehicles from here again.

  I live near the Enterprise location on Mills Ave in Whittier and wanted to share some ongoing concerns from a neighborhood perspective. I understand street parking is public, and I respect that. However, there are times when the business appears to overflow and uses a large amount of residential street parking for their rental fleet. This makes it difficult for residents and guests to find parking near their own homes. What’s frustrating is that there’s a nearby park just a block away that typically has plenty of open parking. It would really help if overflow vehicles were directed there instead of filling up the residential street. I’m not against the business—just hoping for a more considerate approach that keeps things balanced for both the company and the neighborhood. Appreciate any effort to improve this
