  Location was very close to home. Enterprise agent was courteous and helpful. Entire process only took 15 minutes.

  I had made a car reservation a week in advance, but upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no cars available. The lady named Gina, who was working at the front desk, had long nails and exaggerated eyelashes, which I found to be a bit tacky. Moreover, her attitude was extremely condescending, and she didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. It seemed like she had a "too bad for you" kind of attitude, although she tried to mask it with a sweet voice. As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will not be booking with this place again.
