I was terrified of driving with a “Bad” battery; so April at Autozone stepped away and came back with a a Mobile car jumper, cable kit. She took down my number and asked me to bring it back the next day. I was amazed how much Trust she put me!! What a lifesaver thank you April. Of course, I returned the cables the next day . Definitely recommend going to this AutoZone versus others. Amazing customer care!

He greeted me with a smile, and honestly, with the kind of morning I was having, that meant a lot. He quickly got the right battery and even replaced it for me. I have arthritis in my hands, so there was no way I would’ve been able to do it myself. Without me even having to ask, he took care of everything. I’m truly grateful for his kindness and help. I walked out with a big smile. Samuel, thank you again!
