  I made an appointment using the online portal. I was able to get next day service at my residence. The technician communicated well before, during, and after the service was complete. The work was done professionally and took just over an hour to complete.

  If you ever use Safelite, ONLY select the OEM glass. Safelite uses a lower quality product with a known defect and is okay with it because it affects a small % of the population. It took me over 30 days from appointment to defect glass install, to additional tech check to SAFELITE wanting to replace it with the same faulty glass to me requesting the OEM glass. I had my vehicle inoperable for 30+days. **response to the reply** The 3rd party glass offered has a KNOWN defect (only affects a small % of people since it only impacts the edges of the glass) acknowledged by everyone I spoke to at Safelite + every technician that came out to inspect the glass.

  The small crack in my windshield grew to over halfway across the car, so I knew I had to replace it. My insurance works with Safelite, so went to their website. Setting up my appointment was easy and when I got there, everyone was friendly and helpful. The technician who made the repair was friendly and kept me informed on the progress. Great service all around!

  I have used safelite before which was great the last time and required a new windshield replacement. This time was a couple chips which was repairable. Jose out of the Westminster, CA location was informative and also called me before service and was able to get to my location within the hour. I recommend this technician he did great and explained everything. I will use them again in the future.

  We thought that we had a small repair, but the technician told me that the crash was so big and we need to replace the whole windshield glass. Even though he came out for nothing because I needed to place a different order, he was still very nice on showing me what I need to do, whether it makes sense to go through the insurance or pay out of pocket. He even reminds me to check the Safelite website to promotions and discounts. Thank you Safelite for helpful employees who know how to show courtesy to customers! Your business succeeds because of these dedicated employees.
