  This whole experience was easy and fast! Zeyad the technician was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made the whole process easy and stress free. I truly appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. Zeyad thank you for the outstanding service ! 😀👍🏽

  Had an awesome experience with Safelite. I had a crack in my windshield. My service advisor, Jose, was extremely knowledgeable, punctual for our appointment and advised me about my windshield. We ended up going with the crack repair and he fully prepared me for the process when I do replace the windshield. He went over everything with me. It was a drive to my house appointment which was extremely convenient for me and my busy schedule. I can only hope to get someone as good as Jose, next time I need another service. Thank you, Jose from Safelite.

  I think my tech was Giullermo, he arrived long before the end of the time slot and was in and out in a little over an hour. He came to my workplace and replaced my windshield in the parking lot while I was at work so all I had to do was give him the keys and pay after. Quick and easy and my windshield looks great

  If I could give 0/0 stars I would. As a former service tech for Rivian and Tesla, I can say with confidence that this place is ran by amateurs. 2 weekends in a row I was scheduled for drop off and pick up. Lorenzo, the service writer, is absolutely unprofessional when speaking to customers and would have been fired immediately at any reputable shop I’ve worked at. Additionally, the glass tech claims he found defects in the glass so was unable to replace the glass that day. Any well ran shop would inspect glass as they arrive before putting them into inventory. Against my better judgement, I rescheduled for the following week. Today I dropped off my car and it wasn’t even touched. No communication. Phone calls go straight to AI. I picked up my car at closing and declined a reschedule. This location needs a serious restructure.

  The online appointment signup was easy. I went through my auto insurer (So. Cal AAA) which does not waive deductible, so that is what I paid. All of the crew at the Westminster shop were professional, polite, and kept me informed of the progress on the work. They quoted 3 hours and it took about 2 hours while I waited. The windshield and my car interior were clean. I would recommend them.
