  Awesome technician!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful job. I was so excited with my new windshield…GUESS WHAT…no more than 2 hours later, I was on the freeway and got hit with a rock. Now I have a tiny divet on my brand new windshield! But THANK YOU SAFELITE…your service was wonderful and you’re my go-to!! Thanks!!!🙏 G

  Excellent service from beginning to end. I had my windshield replaced and it is flawless. The appointment was quick. I had my car back within one day. The car has been cleaned. And the glass is perfect. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

  I can't believe I forgot the techs name but he was on point. Did the best he could!! He called right at 8 am when the time was between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. I did not have to wait at all. He was quick and knowledgeable. I did not have to ask any questions cause he was forthcoming with everything I needed to know. My window looks so pretty! I am so happy. He couldnt have done a better job. He kept in contact with me the whole time. I felt very safe knowing my keys were with him. Thank you Safelite.

  They came to install the windshield on my car. The technician didn't check the glass, and it was distorted. The technician noticed it and installed the glass anyway. Afterward, he simply informed me and told me they were going to force me to schedule a warranty appointment. They didn't give me the option to choose a day. On the day of the second appointment, another technician arrived and assured me that he had installed everything correctly. Indeed, everything looked fine. I decided to drive the car after the installation, and that's when the overhead console came loose. It was a terrible job, and I'm still trying to contact them to get paid. They'll do anything to fix their own mistakes, but they won't take responsibility. Furthermore, when I finally managed to contact a manager, he called me a liar and said that the overhead console was already loose before the technician arrived.
