  Daniel the technician was super professional and a great communicator. He did the job quickly and diligently, finishing in just over 2 hours, including needing to calibrate the windshield.

  Daniel was great. He let me know when he was on his way, which I appreciate, and my windshield was replaced in less than an hour. Completely pain free process from beginning to end. And the price was great—significantly less than I thought it was going to be.

  Mobile install was ok. Chipped my dash, blamed my dash for being soft and a little stick bc it was 95F+. May I should have not done mobile on a hot day. He was an honest man and told me about the chip. But he wasn't an honest man when I asked him to tape my defroster vents so glass wouldn't go down into the vents. He said there wouldn't be any glass bc it comes out in one piece. Well, afterwards there were glass shards on the dash and seat. Ugh! I appreciate his honesty which is why they got 3 stars. But not planning for a mess when things happen is not detail-oriented service.

  Once again I've had nothing less than a five-star auto windshield replacement experience at Safelite AutoGlass. Although I could have worked with my insurance company to open a claim to cover a major portion of the replacement cost, I am so appreciative that Safelite simply took some information from me and then handled arrangements on my behalf with the insurance company. The process was so uncomplicated: make an appointment online, drop off your car on the day scheduled, pay your deductible directly to Safelite, then pick your car later that afternoon. No wonder I keep automatically coming back to Safelite...
