  Safelite is the approved service provider from my auto insurance company, so I did not shop around for price comparison. I chose the Safelite Mobile Service and was able to make an appoint within days. The automated text messages from Safelite were helpful in keeping my appointment on track. The technician (Ray), who replaced my windshield, called me on the day of the service to provide updated arrival time. The technician was professional and efficient. Thumbs up.

  I had a great experience. Always shop around first, because Safelite offered me a free mobile service (normally ~$50, if I recall) *if* I booked during the quote process. Because I had already shopped around and gotten other quotes at that point, I was confident that what Safelite was quoting me was on the lower-cost end of my options, so I felt confident going ahead with that then. AND the free mobile appointment *with availability the next day* sealed the deal for me. The technician came and replaced my windshield in the parking lot of my workplace. Super convenient. An arrival window of 12-5 and he arrived around midway through that, perfect! (And I was able to find a $50 discount code with a quick google search, which made Safelite the most affordable option - so Google ‘Safelite coupon code’ before checkout! The one I used was 50SEM ) Also, my service technician Emilio was friendly, professional, efficient and communicative. He made the actual replacement process a breeze! 10 out of 10 (can I give 11 out of 10? lol) for Emilio!!
