- AAALEXANDERMay 13, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with Quick Quack. I was approached with what was presented as a “special one-month promotion” because this location had just opened. The employee described it as a simple discounted trial offer for one month. At no point was I clearly told that this was an ongoing recurring subscription with automatic future charges. What made this even worse is that I was never given anything to properly review or sign. The employee handled everything themselves on their device and simply asked me to tap my credit card. There was no clear explanation of recurring billing, membership terms, or future automatic charges for multiple vehicles. Later, I discovered additional charges on my card that I never knowingly authorized. That felt extremely misleading and deceptive. Trying to contact customer support only made the situation worse: very long hold times, loud repetitive music, and little real assistance. They canceled the membership after my complaint, but refused to properly resolve the billing issue. Please be careful and ask detailed questions before giving them your card information.

I especially appreciate that the air fresheners always smell fresh, unlike some other locations where they can have an old, musty odor for weeks. The new convenient location is an added bonus.

How do I cancel my Quick Quack unlimited wash plan?
You can cancel your Quick Quack membership anytime by logging into your myQQ account or calling Customer Care at 888-772-2792. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur after cancellation.
How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
What is the Quick Quack 100% Clean Guarantee?
If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
