Eco-friendly water recycling technology
Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable (though we never discharge our soaps into storm drains). Plus, we conserve energy by using LED lights throughout our car wash. We’re a Green Certified Car Wash and proud of it.

The store manager, Chris, stated: “There is no evidence that your tire was damaged inside the tunnel; your car may have already been damaged before entering the car wash.” I find this explanation concerning. Based on the size and condition of the hole shown in the photos, it is difficult to believe that I could have safely driven through the car wash without noticing any issue beforehand. For anyone reading this review, I strongly encourage you to do your own research regarding experiences and customer disputes with Quick Quack Car Wash before deciding to use their service. —————————————————— I tried not to leave a negative review because I wanted to communicate with the company first and give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, since my tires were damaged while going through the car wash tunnel in March, my issue still has not been resolved. The store only contacted me once from a blocked phone number, so I had no way to call back. I have called customer service multiple times and repeatedly requested that the location manager contact me again, but after more than two months, I have received no response. Their handling of this situation has been extremely passive and disappointing. As a customer, I expected better communication and accountability. Warning: Please do your research before using Quick Quack Car Wash. Consider the potential risk of vehicle damage and how damage claims may be handled if an issue occurs.

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
