  Enterprise made a rough situation a lot easier for me. They picked me up right at Calibur Collision, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride or sitting around waiting forever. The staff were easy to talk to, explained what was going on, and got me into a car without any hassle. They worked with GEICO behind the scenes, so all the insurance and billing stuff was handled for me. I didn’t get any surprise charges, and I didn’t have to spend time chasing people on the phone. Dropping off the car was just as simple. I brought it back to Calibur Collision, they checked it in, and I was done in a few minutes. Overall, it was a smooth, low stress rental experience and I appreciated how everyone worked together to keep it simple.

  Called to book a vehicle because my reservation at the Davis location was not available for pickup. “No problem! We have an SUV available for pickup in 30 mins” so I spend another $40 to uber there. In the parking lot I get a call from a different person. We don’t have any cars because it was last minute” — “yeah that’s why I called to speak to a human person like 25 minutes ago haha” — “idk try Davis location” Corporations are horrible and these formally normal employees end up screwing people over professionally.

  Mr Casey told me to come in he had a Mitsubishi. Car for me . When I get there he gave the car to this woman. And than lied and said he severed answered the phone and never told me he had a car for me .
