  Casey, Kieran, and Andres always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They ensure that the cars are clean, in good condition and ready to go on time. This is a fabulous branch and I highly recommend coming here for a rental.

  I rented a car for 24 hours and I got charged for 48 hours only had the car for 22 hours before I dropped it off at the location I told the office I was gonna drop it off after hours since that's the only time I was gonna be able to drop it off apparently since they didn't check the car out that counts as another day even doe I didn't have the vehicle anymore they didn't wanna refund my money so they basically took 100 plus dollars for me dropping the car off after hours..they didn't wanna reimburse me for the money they took from me I'm very disappointed with a corporate company that couldn't refund me my money back for a car that I only had for less than 24 hours and got charged with 48 hours

  I originally booked at a different location. When I arrived the vehicle was not available. They move very quickly to find another vehicle for me that I could use. Send me to a second location which had the car ready to go. Everybody is very friendly professional. It was a good experience even with the small hiccup.

  Enterprise made a rough situation a lot easier for me. They picked me up right at Calibur Collision, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride or sitting around waiting forever. The staff were easy to talk to, explained what was going on, and got me into a car without any hassle. They worked with GEICO behind the scenes, so all the insurance and billing stuff was handled for me. I didn’t get any surprise charges, and I didn’t have to spend time chasing people on the phone. Dropping off the car was just as simple. I brought it back to Calibur Collision, they checked it in, and I was done in a few minutes. Overall, it was a smooth, low stress rental experience and I appreciated how everyone worked together to keep it simple.
