  Do what you say you're going to do. That's all I asked. My car is in the shop through AAA/insurance, and I was placed in a BMW that I'm paying an extra upgrade fee for — and it gets about 20 miles a gallon. When I found out my car would take another week longer to fix, I called this branch on Friday about swapping into something covered by AAA with better gas mileage. I was told a manager would call me back that Friday. Nobody ever called. I called the 1-800 number and got patched right back through to this same office, where I was promised a manager would call me back "for sure." Someone did call — a man named Andres — and this morning the actual manager, Kasey, informed me that Andres wasn't a manager at all. He was a trainee. That trainee, Andres, went over the available cars with me yesterday (Monday, around 2 PM). I chose a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid — perfect for what I needed. He said he would reserve it, put my name on it, and hold it for me. I told him I'd be there at 8 AM. I took time off work and drove down there this morning at 8 AM, and Kasey told me they don't have the car. His explanation: "We don't save cars." Then why did your employee tell me he saved one for me? Why is a trainee calling customers back, acting as the manager, and making promises the branch has no intention of keeping? They put me in a regular gas car instead — not the hybrid I was promised — and offered to waive the luxury fee like that makes up for it. It doesn't. I didn't ask for a discount. I asked for the car I was told would be waiting for me, after I took off work and drove down there on their word. Unreturned calls, a trainee posing as a manager, and a promise broken the moment I walked in. That's not how you do business. I won't be back.

  I have been a customer of Enterprise Car Rental for many years. The West Sacramento location, has,by far out serviced all other locations I have used. The Manager there is very easy to work with. He is, accommodating, easy to communicate with, respectful and explains all aspects of your rental and rental agreement. I would recommend the West Sacramento, Evergreen location to all.

  My recent car rental on 10/3/26 was great from start to finish. The rental A. That helped me was very nice he was very professional and made my rental easy and smooth from the start of the rental to the return if the rental. I live renting cars from Enterprise

  Excellent customer service. Super nice and friendly, though they were understaffed when l went. They went above and beyond to help and accommodate. Will be back again.
