I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for years and have always had great experiences renting in New York City and at LAX, which made my recent experience at the West Hollywood location adjacent to the Ramada Inn even more disappointing. After taking an Uber from the airport with my luggage, I arrived to find no one at the counter and had to call a number and wait about 10 minutes for an employee to show up. He then had me walk around the building and up a hill to the car without offering to help with my luggage. The luxury car I reserved was a white Audi with several dings and scratches, and the gas tank was nearly empty. When I asked if there was another option, I was pointed to smaller SUVs that weren’t comparable. I immediately contacted Enterprise customer service and was told my complaint would be escalated, but no one ever followed up despite multiple calls and a text message. The rental cost nearly $600, and while the poor pickup experience was frustrating, the complete lack of customer service afterward was even worse. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience has convinced me that I won’t be renting from Enterprise again.

We had reserved a car for 12:00 p.m., but when we arrived, we realized the store closes at 12:00 p.m. We still drove there, but nobody helped us or even opened the door for us. After knocking again, an employee finally came outside and spoke to us in a very aggressive and rude manner.
Another employee then told us to go to a different Enterprise location. However, when we arrived there, we were informed that they could no longer give us a car because the manager from the first branch had called ahead and told them not to rent a vehicle to us.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Poor communication, unfriendly customer service, and in the end we were left without a car despite having a reservation. I would not recommend this location.

Extremely frustrating experience with this Enterprise location. I made my reservation a full month in advance, expecting that the vehicle I selected would be ready and available on the scheduled pickup date. Instead, on the day of pickup, I received a call from Brenda informing me that the car I reserved was not available and that the only option left was an SUV.
This completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation ahead of time. If I had wanted an SUV, I would have booked one from the beginning. Being told last minute that my reserved vehicle isn’t available is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper planning and customer consideration. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my plans. I expected a much higher level of reliability and professionalism.
I’ve had so many poor experiences with car rentals. This enterprise and Luis really saved us during one of the biggest travel weekends, going out of his way to make calls and get us a car we desperately needed for work related travel. THEY ARE AMAZING.

Dropped car at repair shop and picked it up from there. Car received was the same as the one getting repaired. Great service and very convenient.
