  Aufpassen! Man wird verarscht. Wir haben einen Toyota RAV4 gemietet für 300.- für 10 Tage. Vor Ort gab es keinen Toyota und auch keinen ähnlichen wie von Sixt versprochen wird. Wir mussten einen Volvo nehmen was super ist aber wir am schluss 650.- bezahlt haben.

  Very easy and safe way to hire a car. I always use full cover insurances. Got great car. Only windscreen wasn’t great well.

  Terrible experience. I don’t recommend anyone to rent a car from this company. Scammed me. I got a car in Phoenix and Representive put for them to pay for the gas at a discounted price but when I arrive to Los Angeles it was not added in the purchase and over charged for the gas. I am very disappointed and upset over this. Also to mention other workers were rude about the situation. Not happy and will be leaving just not this review but on every website I can to warn people about how they scam customers for more money. Don’t rent from them you will have extra charges by a lot that you will find out later.

  Renting from Sixt West Hollywood was a frustrating experience overall. First, their operating hours are very inconvenient, especially if you’re planning a weekend trip or need to pick up or return a car before or after work. It makes the whole process unnecessarily restrictive. The check-in process is extremely slow and feels outdated. If you’re paying with a debit card, they require something like a water or electricity bill, and if you don’t have it, they simply can’t process your reservation. This creates a lot of unnecessary friction. What was particularly frustrating is that after taking both drivers’ licenses and spending about 30 minutes on the check-in process, they only then realized they couldn’t add a driver under 21. That’s something that should be checked immediately, not after such a long wait. Overall, renting there is so inconvenient in every way. It’s neither efficient nor user-friendly. I genuinely don’t understand how they operate like this. Next time, I would much rather rent a car on Turo.
