  I had a great experience here! The service was fast, reliable, and very professional. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions about the oil change and explained the inspection they performed on my car, so I knew exactly what was being done. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and friendly customer service. If you’re looking for a quick and trustworthy place for an oil change, I highly recommend them!

  I’ve been bringing my Lexus IS 300 here for over a year and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain what my car needs without making me feel pressured. I really like that they show everything on the iPad including what services are due and their recommendations. I also appreciate that they offer online coupons, which help save money. The service is always quick, and one of my favorite conveniences is being able to stay in my car during the appointment.

  Gio, Jacqueline and Adam did a wonderful job changing my oil checking my oil and processing my payment. Edward greeted me so kindly and help me out answered all my questions made some recommendations and was going to purchase an air filter but unfortunately it was not in stock today. That's okay I'll come back. Overall the service was fantastic and everything was done so quickly and thoroughly checked. Grateful that this location has fabulous people to make us feel valued and know that our car is well taken care of.

  I’ve been coming here for a while, and every experience has been great. Jonathon stands out for his kindness, patience, and honesty. Seeing him again today made me feel even more confident that this is the right place to bring my car.Josh greeted me with a great attitude, Wyatt was friendly and efficient, and Manny made the payment process easy while taking the time to explain everything. As a woman, it’s not always easy to feel comfortable when it comes to car repairs, but I’ve never once felt taken advantage of here. I always feel secure, respected, and well taken care of. Everyone’s attitude and demeanor are exceptional, and that’s why this is the only place I’ll trust with my car. Jonathon is pictured here, and he truly sets the standard. His honesty and kindness make a lasting impression.

  Stopped by the West Covina Valvoline after work today for an oil change which I was not expecting to be done as fast & as efficiently as it was. I’d like to give special thanks to Gio & the whole team there for the wonderful & professional service they treated me with. The whole team was polite, informative & very knowledgeable unlike i was who brought in a coupon to a wrong location but nevertheless Gio politely informed me the bad news & assured me he would still go out of his way to help. Thanks a lot again guys you’ve made a customer for life.
