  The workers at Valvoline are always so attentive and so sweet. They’re always making sure that I have everything up-to-date but never pressuring and it was just nice to see that they were always so kind with a smile on their face: then when I was exiting, they were all there just cheering me on which I found really adorable. Regarding the quality of service, they always do an incredible job and I never have any complaints and they’re always doing it so fast and it’s such a timely manner. Thank you Joseph for your help!! Also, a great job to the rest of the crew helping me out.

  I stopped by Valvoline for an oil change before my road trip to Vegas, and the service was absolutely amazing. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Yadi was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure my car was completely ready and safe for the drive. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was throughout the entire visit. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced, I will definitely be back to this location. Highly recommend!

  Ricardo was amazing, loved his energy! Very knowledgeable and thorough with the options he presented for our vehicle. I really appreciated the recommendations he gave as well. The team was great for the full service and they were quick too. When paying Edward was really kind and honored my coupon and Connor was kind enough to help reset my oil indicator, overall great visit, I will be back in 3000 miles, thanks West Covina Valvoline!

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline. As a woman, it really meant a lot to drive in and see other women confidently working there, it instantly made me feel more comfortable and welcomed. From the moment I pulled up, the customer service was excellent. Every employee I interacted with was kind, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel rushed or talked down to. The manager especially stood out, very attentive, welcoming, and clearly leading a strong team. It’s not just about getting an oil change, it’s about how you’re treated while you’re there, and they absolutely got it right. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  When I arrived, there were only a few vehicles ahead of me, so my oil change was completed relatively quickly, which I appreciated. Prior to the service beginning, I specifically requested that my tire pressure be checked. The employee assisting me confirmed that this was a standard part of the vehicle inspection. However, upon receiving my service paperwork, it indicated that all 4 tires were at 33 psi. This was inconsistent with my vehicle’s readings, as 3 tires were at 40 psi or higher, and one tire was at 26 psi. I was already aware that one tire was low, which is why I made a point to request that the pressures be checked. Before leaving, I asked another employee to confirm whether the tire pressure had been checked. The original employee stated that it had been; however, this was not accurate, as my right rear tire remained at 26 psi. I then requested a second time that the tire pressure be checked, and the second employee did complete the request and added air to the low tire. I understand that this is not a dealership; however, when a customer requests a service, especially one that staff indicate is standard, it is important that the service is actually performed and communicated honestly. Failing to do so, particularly when an employee provides inaccurate information, directly impacts customer trust and future business. Given both the cost of the service and the manner in which this visit was handled, I will be seeking vehicle service elsewhere in the future.
