  We were on our way from the coast to Red Bluff and traveling with our 3 1/2 yo grandson. Truck started misbehaving as we were leaving Weaverville around 2:00 on Friday afternoon. We barely managed to limp back into town and into the parking lot of Trinity Tire Center - the first auto shop we got to. Very fortunate for us that we did! Turned out the idler pulley had frozen and shredded the serpentine belt. Not what we wanted to hear when we were halfway between home and our destination on a Friday afternoon when the repair shops were going to be closed over the weekend. But, we were told they would do the best they could to find and install the parts and try to get us back on the road. Stress level subsided a bit, and then they came through - truck was repaired and we were checked out by 4. That effort and result alone warrants the top rating, but I have to add that, while we sat in the waiting room, we were able to observe how the other customers were treated. It became apparent that we weren't an exception - everyone was getting excellent service. Chances are, if we need to use them again, it would be under emergency circumstances, so I hope we don't have to, but if we do, they'll be our first go-to. Thanks for saving our weekend!

  We stopped in after one of our tires started losing air while trying to make it home from Arcata. We barely made it into Weaverville and were so relieved to find a tire shop that was open. Rob was incredibly kind and welcoming. He got us in right away, showed us exactly what the problem was, and helped get us up and running so we could safely continue on our way home. His shop is in a spot where I’m sure he sees plenty of stressed-out travelers after a nerve-racking drive on 299, and instead of taking advantage of the situation, he chose to be genuinely helpful and kind. We’re so grateful for his honesty and compassion and any tire needs in the future we will go out of our way to support him.

  We are traveling from Canada and our truck wouldn't start in Weaverville. We had to have our truck and trailer towed and needed to find a spot where we could keep our rig together. My husband called Trinity Tire Factory at 8:30 in the morning to see if someone could look at it. We asked if there was space to bring our fifth wheel over and the person with whom he spoke said that it wouldn't be a problem, so we had everything towed to this shop. Once we got there (when the tow trucks finally showed up at 2:30p.m. after being called at 8:35 a.m.) , the owner came out and began being obnoxious about our stuff in his space. He was exceedingly rude to my husband asking what "his game plan was because it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon." My husband tried to explain that he had no expectation of the truck being fixed over the weekend and that we had no intention of staying in the trailer while the truck was being fixed. This jack@$ didn't listen to a word and was too busy puffing up his little chest to hear a thing. In a difficult situation, this guy (and an owner at that) decided to add burden and unkindness onto an already stressful day. I do not reccomend this place to anyone who does not wish to line the pocket of this abhorrent disgrace of a "human being ".
