  I saw a car that I really liked. My dream car, no lie. I inquired about it on the true car app. Which I used before several years ago when I found my current car. So I had a good experience with it. Well, that all changed. Everything was handled virtually thru texting; setting up the day and time to meet to look at the car. So I talked to my husband about the car he told me to go look at it and see what I think. So I went on a test drive with it. The car was super stinky inside. It smelled almost like manure. I thought omg how gross and strange. I was told they would but a "scent bomb" in it. So I brushed that off. I was transparent with them telling them my credit was not that great and my husband would be the primary applicant and I would be the co-applicant. So then they ran the credit of both of us. They sent my husband the link so he could apply for financing online since he wasn't with me. I wanted to trade my current car in. Which is in excellent condition for being a 2014. It has a tear on the passenger seat which it had since day 1 when i got it. It does have a lot of miles on it. But looking at it from the outside you wouldnt know it was 12 years old. So they didnt even look at my car at that time. I was told over the phone how much they would offer me. I didnt agree with what i felt was a low ball trade in offer. They wanted to give me only $3500 when we wanted at least $8k the minimum we wanted to accept. As blue book trade in value showed that was acceptable. Then i brought the car in because im like no way they should at minimum look at my car before telling me a price. So then they decided on offering me $6500 so my husband wasnt happy but he was like fine. You want this car we will do it. So then the credit came back and we both were denied. I didnt know if you have excellent credit and dont use it then the credit agency wipes your score to 0 after some time. So then they said oh well we found 1 bank you will finance you. So I get the offer back. They wanted $4500 down payment, on top of me trading in my car, 72 months with almost 20% apr. Im like yea not gonna happen. We have excellent payment history on our car loans never been late, etc. So long story short they basically said well if you want a lower rate then we need more of a down payment. We declined. So we were told several times it was our credit. No other reason given. So guess what? I get a letter today telling me 2 completely different reasons. 1 was our identity couldn't be verified. Then the other reason was the car we wanted wasn't eligible for financing. Like wth? Makes me think they could have done more or didnt do something on their end. I feel frustrated like they knew and didnt really do their part to help us out. I still get text messages asking me if I have any more questions basically if im still interested. Yea im interested in finding the car I want with a dealership who actually is willing to help me out and be transparent. Why would they tell me one thing and the bank another?

  This dealership tried to sell us a Lemon. Be warned and don't buy from here. Based on the Facts. Your dealership sells people Lemons.

  After a few hiccups with my service on my 2022 Silverado 2500 HD Joe Gudgel service consultant at Watsonville GMC took it on and made it right .I totally trust Joe for his professionalism in the service department and hope people reading this call him up and get the best service for your vehicle you owe it to yourself to make your way to Watsonville GMC and Cadillac you won’t be disappointed!!!

  Shady business practices. Carfax report updated a month after I purchased the vehicle to show it had been in an accident 6 months prior! I purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in September. Carfax showed the dealership purchased it from auction months prior in May. The van was "on sale" and had a clean Carfax at purchase. However, weeks after purchase, the Carfax updated to show it was in a front end collision back in May. The sales manager Blake Gates was also shockingly hostile and rude for no reason, while the associate Dayton was professional and pleasant. Just stay away from this place.
