  The communication was not good and the employees at the location where very rude and had attitude every interaction we had was not friendly and they didn't care to listen to my situation at all or be understanding.

  Enterprise Car Rental has Fantastic Customer service. Ben who helped me get a rental is awesome. They also clean and sanitized the vehicle I used. Ben provides excellent customer service. Will always rent vehicles from Enterprise in Watsonville Ca.
