  Alex and they staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and thorough! The vehicle available meet my expectations and everything went smoothly. Great experience!

  The communication was not good and the employees at the location where very rude and had attitude every interaction we had was not friendly and they didn't care to listen to my situation at all or be understanding.

  Shane and Alex were excellent very professional polite, easy-going walk me through step-by-step how to rent a car and they made sure that the vehicle that I received was clean and with the full tank of gas highly appreciate that too. I will definitely recommend running from them and best believe I’m a really hard customer to satisfy especially these days thank you guys very much excellent work and I hope they give you guys a raise you guys deserve it! (my personal vehicle is on the right and my rental is on the left. Appreciate you guys).
