  Very happy with the customer service ,Steven helped me get into a fuel economy rental while I was waiting for 3 - 4 weeks for my insurance claim repair on my vehicle although I can't guarantee the same price I was offered I was very pleased to have rented from Enterprise clean and Eco cars and SUVs hybrids and Tesla's, also depending on were your at sometimes thay have shuttle service as a courtesy from body shop to rental office overall 5 star thank you for the open doors enterprise.

  The pricing was not transparent, and the charges were not clearly explained. I was told that I received a discount, but it was very difficult to understand where or how the discount was actually applied to my bill. The daily and weekly rates were also not clearly explained. I strongly recommend that customers carefully review their rental agreement and final receipt to make sure they understand every charge and avoid being overcharged. Enterprise should provide a much clearer breakdown of the rates, discounts, and final charges.

  I originally made a reservation for a rental car while planning ahead so that I could go to my medical appointment while my car was being serviced at a neighboring shop. Upon receiving delivery of the car on 8/26 at 11:46 the odometer was at 49792. I noticed the car had basically no gas, however I was assured by the representative that the car would be able to drive another 45 miles. Per the attached rental agreement you can see I was told the car had 1.7 gallons of fuel in it. While attempting to drive from this enterprise location to Keck USC for my doctor's appointment (which is only 25 miles away) the car suddenly ran out of gas while I was on the freeway at around 12:10 literally minutes after taking delivery. The odometer was at 49806, I had only gone 14 miles. I attempted to contact enterprise while stranded on the 10 freeway in 100 degree weather however received no response. I had to call AAA for roadside assistance who were fortunately able to arrive at around 12:40 however by then I was unable to make my doctor appointment and was forced to reschedule for a much later date. When I returned the car later that day and notified the staff what had occurred they tried to back pedal on the claims of the car being able to drive for 45 miles however they had nothing to say after I showed them their own documented fuel level in the rental agreement. Given the manufacturer's EPA rating of 28 miles per gallon highway I should not have been stranded on the highway and missed my appointment if the car actually had 1.7 gallons of gas in it.

  Absolute 0/10. I waited 1hr 20 mins to get my car because there was only one person working for 12 parties checking in. They offered an upgrade in online check in which I took, and then they charged me extra but when they couldn't provide an appropriate vehicle upgrade I decided to take the original vehicle I booked. They said they would automatically refund it. They didn't. Then the minivan I had to take (they had almost no inventory) was FILTHY. It had grass and dirt all stuck the the carpet throughout the entire back seat. They offered to properly vacuum but I declined because I had already been waiting for so long. I took it through the car wash myself and vacuumed it. Then they had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee when I returned after giving a filthy vehicle!!!!! So, in total I was overcharged $400+ for an upgrade I never received and a cleaning fee after being given a DIRTY VEHICLE! Stay away from Enterprise.
