  The service at Honda Walnut Creek was great. Everyone was friendly and had good customer service. They kept me updated on my car throughout the process, and the waiting room was nice and clean!

  Great to deal with the same personnel each time I come in for service. Service adviser was totally communicative. Called me several times while service was being performed to advise of additional work that was recommended. Amazing turnaround time for work being performed. B17 service I was in at 7:15 AM and out by 9:15 AM. I have owned Honda autos since 1980 when I purchased my fist Accord sedan with manual transmission. Car .ultimately lasted 350,000 and I might still be driving it if east coast weather and salt on roads had not destroyed the steel body.

  Friday, May 1, 2026: Zahid Aziz and there was Latin guy with combed black hair that helped to get my car’s front left tire got a flat. Zahid Aziz helped to see when I would be talked. I ended up waiting longer, but it was because I was a walk in and there were a lot of people that arrived with appointments. I know that can happen. Kassidy was very helpful and informative, and she. just like my Mom and others I’ve talked to, explained to me that changing 2 tires is better for balance and wear & tear. Lyft driver Alyssa was very helpful, nice, talkative and friendly. The tires I rented I had to wait until Monday, May 4, but I understood and was fine with that. Monday, May 4, 2026: Lyft driver Sikendra was pretty quiet, and he was nice. Kassidy thankfully was there when I arrived and was a great help. Kassidy was able to answer my questions over the phone after I left. I know it didn’t say on the paperwork, but I did replace the cabin air filter about a month or 2 prior. I changed my car engine filter yesterday’s on Wednesday morning, May 6, 2026.

  I had a great experience here at Honda Walnut Creek. They treated me and my family very well! Family owned businesses really reflects on what they value, huge shoutout to Luis Pardon for making my first time experience purchasing a car a memorable one. Overall had no issues with anything they were super helpful, and made sure I was set up properly.

  Jordan was very nice, polite, and very kind. He took care of my car as well as me. I would definitely recommend him & the whole Honda team as well as Lester, the Manager, who is very helpful.
