  I rented vehicles from the Enterprise location in Walnut Creek for nearly two months, and I cannot say enough good things about Hanna and the entire team. Throughout the rental period, I needed to exchange vehicles several times and later change the return location from Walnut Creek to the airport. They accommodated each request and made every step simple and convenient. When another driver hit and damaged one of our rental vehicles, Hanna handled the situation exceptionally well. She made what could have been a stressful process remarkably easy and straightforward. Hanna and everyone at this branch were professional, helpful, flexible, and genuinely delightful to work with. I highly recommend the Walnut Creek Enterprise team and I will be back again the next time I am in town.

  I was very happy and the customer service reprentative was awesome , very polite , courteous and made the renting process very easy . I recommend enterprise to rent the vehicle.

  The tires on pickups are not rate to hold over 1300lbs. Unsafe trucks.

  Easy to work with! I have used this branch multiple times. The team is super experienced especially Griffin, each time I’ve need help I know I can trust this branch to take care of me. Highly recommend using WC North Main Enterprise!!

  The 3 people who helped us at the Walnut Creek, CA office were amazing: Evan, Edwin and Alejandra. Special thanks to Evan, who picked up the phone when things were busy at the office - he listened, said he'd call back with the answer, and kept his word. While we were waiting in line the next day, Edwin was handling the front desk by himself, like a pro: he stayed polite, informative, and helpful even when he had customers at the desk *and* on the phone. Wow, that is 100% professionalism under pressure, and he was excellent. Alejandra was upbeat and helpful, you can tell she knows her stuff - she got us on our way, and checked us back in without delay. Thank you to all three! We will definitely be back to the Walnut Creek location.
