  I want to thank Deja, Oswaldo and Karolina for working on my grand Cherokee Jeep yesterday, they were super great and was helping me by troubleshooting a issue with my warning lights. They checked all my fluids and added brake fluid that I think corrected my problem, they also checked tires and all brake lights and changed oil. I’m good to go for a while I would also like to share they were very patient through my list of things I thought was causing the problem. The Sycamore - Vista, CA location is a good place to get checkups for your car! I am a regular there. San Marcos, CA Michelle

  The manger Anthony and the 2 people changing out the oil Oswaldo and gerardo did an amazing job today with helping me get everything done and dealt with my car! Would absolutely recommend coming here to get it done! Everyone is very friendly and makes it quick as possible!

  Four cars waiting to be serviced and the supervisor/manager walks up to my car and asks me to move my car 5 feet closer to the car in line. 5 feet. Moving cars 5 feet in a line isn’t going to get cars serviced any faster. Let’s get some better trained people in there who focus on getting cars serviced than the space between the cars in line.

  Had a great experience at Valvoline in Sycamore! I was helped by Anthony, Kordina, Eduardo, and Edison- they were great! Getting any kind of car service as a girl who knows nothing about cars can be daunting but they explained everything so well! Will definitely be back for the reliable service!

  Although the techs were nice, it took far too long. I pulled in behind a Nissan Rogue in the right side bay. They must have been having problems with it. After the left side bay was emptied, they asked me to move over to the left bay. OK. Fired up my car, then they said, "No. Stay here". After about 5 -10 minutes, they told me they changed their mind AGAIN, and please move over to the left. After that, all was good. EXCEPT, even with a 20% off coupon you sent me, the cost was over $100. I asked why, because I had called in prior to the visit, and I was told that with the 20% off, it would be $74.95 (I think). Over $100? Why? The manager told me my call must have been routed to the East Coast, and oil changes are cheaper there. Really? All of that made your guys, and your phone setup, look like amateurs. I did, however, appreciate that they checked my turn signals and brake lights. But, I think you guys need to really pay attention to this feedback, and clean up your act. You have lots of competitors I can go to! Another reason for my call, was to see if you offer Valvoline Restore and Protect. The guy on the phone looked it up, and said, "Not at that location". Really? I got the same answer last year. Get with it, you guys! Every Valvoline Instant Oil Change location, should have every product that you have to offer up. I hope to see some changes next time around. This feedback will only help you, and your customers. Please learn from it.
