  This place is always professional and fast! It’s hard to find employees that actually care about customer service these days.I believe it was Ian and Tom that helped me out today. (Sorry if I got your names wrong guys). Today they even double check to make sure my lug nuts were tightened properly, without hesitation or extra charge after I requested them to. This location is close to my house so I use them regularly as my car has over 200 thousand miles on it. I always leave satisfied with the work they have done.

  Came in on a busy Monday afternoon to get an oil change but the oil my car needed was out of stock. The manager told me it'd be in stock in a couple of days and even offered a discount. While I waited for the truck in front of me to finish, they performed a quick check service to make sure everything else was good and then they told me I didn't even need an oil change yet. They topped off my washer fluid, checked my air filters, and put air in my tires. I like the convenience of the drive thru and the kindness of the techs but their integrity is why I will return.

  Good morning costumers , I am I regular do this establishment. Needless you say every time I come in for a simple oils change , it always end up the same or even better . The actually feeling or customer service and the service it’s self’s. Today it was Ethan and byran and next time who know but feeling like I actually know things about my car, more Than anything they are so atentive to detail, information, and over all me as a customer. Thank you to all the workers there you guys are awesome

  Man! Those kiddos were somethin else! Meaning, they were just amazing and super patient and kind. Especially the manager and Rachel. So sorry guys for the ones I forgot your names, hope you can forgive me. They showed me a lot of grace and sometimes that’s what people need. I just know that they were so very patient when I went to back up my little trailer into their parking area so that I could detach and get my oil changed because it’s very important to get your oil changed when your dashboard tells you. You could seriously damage your engine and/or lose your engine! Like ruin your car forever bruh. I just wasn’t having a very good day and they absolutely did not give me any attitude or judge me in any way shape or form.. That was SO awesome! I mean, I left there feeling 100% and ready to get out there and grrrrrrrrrr baby! Thanks guys 😘🥰💙🤪🐾

  The last time I brought my vehicle in for service, I had my tires rotated. At no point did the technicians inform me that my tires were severely worn on the inner edges. The wear was so significant that it created a serious safety concern and could have resulted in a tire failure or blowout while driving on the freeway. Because of that experience, during my most recent service I specifically asked the technician to check whether my tires were showing abnormal wear on the inner edges. I was surprised when he told me that he does not check for that. If a tire rotation is being performed, I would expect the technician to visually inspect the tires for obvious or dangerous wear and notify the customer of any safety concerns. I am very disappointed that such significant tire wear was missed during my previous service and that my request to have it checked this time was dismissed. This is a serious safety issue that I believe should be addressed.
