  I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always had a positive experience. They’re always friendly, usually pretty quick, and don’t try selling you unnecessary things. My go-to place for an oil change!

  These guys are honestly great. Really honest, straightforward, and genial. They changed the a/c filters in my car (they had been turned into a bed for mice at some point, lol) and a lightbulb free of charge. The oil changes are reasonably priced, and I really appreciate that they're a trustworthy place to go for simple car maintenanc. :)

  I will never go here again. First, they claimed to put air in my wife’s tires, and then she had a signal on her car that said low air, and the fix was just simply me putting air in her tires, which means that they didn’t do it even though they told her they did. Second- I went there to go get my oil changed and they nipple ripped my dipstick out (and broke the top off so that the long part of the dipstick is stuck in my engine now ) and then they claimed if I returned with a new dipstick, they would be able to get the broken old one out and then they did not do that. They did not offer any reimbursement. I know that their actions broke that dipstick because just 24 hours before I had easily taken out my dipstick and put it back in without any issues. They also admitted that I was the second car that they had done this to recently. Instead of fixing the issue like they promised, they just said oh I need to go to a shop and pay for a major repair. They suck.

  I recently took my 2022 Nissan Frontier for an oil change to Valvoline at the Vista location off E. vista way and I was blown away with the service. I was there during my lunch and not only was the oil change done efficiently, but the technicians did a thorough evaluation and notice the middle back break light was out (I had not seen it ) and they also checked all of the fluids, the air filter, windshield wipers and topped off the tire pressure. The technician took the time to explain a few things I should keep an eye on for the future health of my vehicle. Due to their diligent work they were able to work together as a team at a reasonable time and all while I was comfortably inside my car. Great pricing and honest work I will definitely be making this my go-to shop! P.s. I loved that I did not have to get out of my car.
