  This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Our high school cross country team (MVHS) reserved two 15-passenger vans months in advance for a camp in Mammoth. We confirmed with this branch just a few days before departure that our reservation was still on track. Then, less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to leave, we were told they would not be honoring our reservation. Only after we repeatedly asked why were we told the vans had been rented to the military. Whether that was the actual reason or not, it was difficult to get a clear explanation, and the communication left us with very little confidence in how this situation was handled. The result is devastating for our team. We were suddenly left trying to find transportation for dozens of student-athletes with almost no notice, while facing thousands of dollars in hotel costs and other expenses because our trip is now in jeopardy. I understand that unexpected situations happen. What I cannot understand is confirming a reservation days before pickup and then canceling it at the last minute without providing any solution whatsoever. If you are renting vehicles for a school event, sports team, wedding, or any trip where transportation is critical, understand that a confirmed reservation here DOES NOT guarantee you’ll actually have vehicles when you need them most. I hope Enterprise takes a hard look at how reservations for large groups are managed so no other organization has to experience what our athletes, coaches, and families are going through.

  Shawn and the staff are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this place for a rental. Vehicles are clean and whole experience was amazing.

  Jacob was untrained and aware of the company policies. the pick up car wsd infested with ants and the driver barely wanted to let me use the charger port to charge my device. I would never rent here ever.

  I have consistently had an excellent experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Vista. The staff works very well together as a team, and their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service are greatly appreciated. I rent vehicles multiple times a week, and the process is always smooth, organized, and convenient. appreciate that they know me by name and always make each rental experience easy from start to finish. Although I know there are other Enterprise locations that may be closer or more convenient, I continue to return to this location because of the outstanding service I receive. I also know there are other team members I may not be mentioning by name, but every staff member I have worked with provides the same high level of customer service. In a world where genuine customer service can sometimes feel hard to find, it is refreshing to experience it consistently at the Enterprise in Vista. The team goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the way they take care of their customers. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for reliable service, professionalism, and a positive rental experience.

  I have been renting from Enterprise for over 25 years and am always happy with the experience. I especially appreciate their pickup and dropoff service. Keep up the good work.
