  If you want to be jerked around for 3 days and told the same BS story about to come in at this certain time and we'll get something for you just to be let down and disappointed every time by a different person.. Go here. This place sucks. Whoever is in charge should be fired

  Friendly staff, clean new cars, and a team that shows they care about their customers. I’ve been renting for work from here for years now and will continue to come back time and time again.

  Got a reservation there Costco travel to get a car and they call me 1 hour before to let me know they cannot accommodate my reservation and that the had to cancel 30 other reservations and that the could do anything for me this is bad service and I would never go back and rent from them we rented alot over the years and never had a problem with our reservation. Now I dont have a car and need to figure out something and more expensive last min too. Bad service I will talk to Costco travel so they stop business with this company.

  I rented a car from this location online, received a confirmation email, did the online check-in and then got a call 8 minutes before my pick-up time to tell me that they were sold out and had no availability. I was already in an uber with all my kids on the way to pick up the car. With today's booking systems and modern technology, you would think that Enterprise would have systems that are able to track available inventory at locations. I won't be renting from Enterprise in the future.
