  I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, and professional. Jeremiah was especially helpful, he was welcoming, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this car wash and appreciate Jeremiah for providing such outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Top car wash in Visalia. Frequently used multiple car wash spots, and the best results always come from Tommy’s express Will be continuous customer Miah is an outstanding employee, enough praise can’t be spoken of him.

  Avoid this car wash at all cost. Lack of leadership, lack of ownership when committing mistake and very poor customer service. My disaster experience started when I took my almost new ( has 4K miles on it) truck for a wash, first the screen at the entrance to the car wash wasn’t working ( you won’t know when you need to put the car on neutral), finished the wash and drove to my appointment, shortly after that noticed multiple scratches on the right rear and front door, those scratches were from the car wash 100%, I drove to the car wash to file claim, most of the employees are young aged people with obvious lack of experience and customer care. They took pictures and filed claim, next day they called me to say that they couldn’t find the video of my car being washed at their place ( tried to deny me by saying I never washed my car there) after I give them the exact time of my car wash, now they shifted the narrative by saying this pattern of scratches doesn’t match their washing equipment and denied the claim, again I drove their and they refused to have me speak to the manager and refused to give me any sort of documentation stating they denied my claim for the non sense reasoning that they kept telling me. Also they asked me to leave the premises and after I left they called the police department accusing me of harassment. I can keep going on about this painful experience. Looking at other customer reviews it sounds like this is their poor business strategy is to keep denying people’s rights to get their vehicles taken care of. Legal action is on the way and I highly advice to stay away from this car wash. I have high doubts about the durability of this poor business structure, its matter of time before either ownership change or business shutting down
