  I have bought dodges for years from Lampe but there service department is rude horrible and is not reliable. They i've had my car for over a week and I've been told by Dominic who works at the service department that they are doing process of elimination because they can't find out what the problem is which just is bizarre to me that a service department does not know how to work on their own vehicles I will never ever again go to the service department nor by a vehicle at this Dodge dealer again someone needs to go back and re-do that whole service department and make sure that they school these people on professionalism on accuracy and what to tell a customer I am very very upset and not confident that they know how to fix my vehicle

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X from this dealership. I had been looking for a Jeep for a few months, and Mike Habbas was my sales representative. I lived about 2 hours away, but Mike emailed me the out-the-door price upfront, so I knew exactly what I was getting before making the drive. No games, no back-and-forth negotiating, and no hidden surprises. A few days later, I came in on a Friday around 6:30 PM, and everything was exactly as promised. There were no unexpected add-ons or markups, and Mike honored the same price he had given me and gave me a great deal. I ended up leaving around 8:45 PM, and I really appreciate that the team stayed late to make sure everything was completed and taken care of. I also want to give a big shoutout to Kenneth in the service and parts department. He was amazing and helped me with a small issue I had with my Jeep. He worked it out for me, communicated with me throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his help and customer service. The other sales representatives and the finance guy were also very nice, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone on the floor had great energy and positive vibes. It honestly made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X and with the experience I had at this dealership. Mike, Kenneth, the finance team, and everyone else I interacted with went above and beyond. I drove 2 hours to buy my Jeep here, and I’m glad I did. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep or any other vehicle!💪🏽🙏🏽
