  Really disheartening that when I called Lampe provided my info and Jeep Vin number I was told my vehicle was still under warranty. An appointment was scheduled for nearly 2 weeks out due to them being booked up. Took my vehicle in October 6th, was again told my vehicle was covered by warranty and my deductible was $100. Was told the work would possibly take longer than a day. Reached out on the 9th because I hadn’t heard anything and was told one of the parts wasn’t covered and it would be $200, so I was looking at $300 and it’d likely take some time because things weren’t moving fast but my parts would be ordered. That night a Lampe rep called us back and said never mind your vehicle is no longer under warranty and it would cost $4,000. Also a manager wasn’t available. So basically paid for a warranty for nothing, was highly misinformed by Lampe staff, time completely wasted, and I’ll be needing to go pickup my vehicle.

  Disappointed in Lampe Service department as well as management. Have had multiple issues with my vehicle coming back with finger prints up and down the fender and hood as well as marks on the fenders and bumper from the oil fill hoses. I have raised my concerns to service department multiple times with no change in quality control so I reached out to the GM and he was not helpful, very rude and disrespectful. Lampe Service department and management does not treat their customers or their vehicles with respect. No stars.

  Vincent deserves a shoutout for the engine mount replacement. He was responsive, knew what he was dealing with, and helped keep the job from becoming more of a headache than it needed to be. The repair was approached with good judgment and no unnecessary complications. Nice to see someone stay focused on the actual problem and get things moving in the right direction.

  I have bought dodges for years from Lampe but there service department is rude horrible and is not reliable. They i've had my car for over a week and I've been told by Dominic who works at the service department that they are doing process of elimination because they can't find out what the problem is which just is bizarre to me that a service department does not know how to work on their own vehicles I will never ever again go to the service department nor by a vehicle at this Dodge dealer again someone needs to go back and re-do that whole service department and make sure that they school these people on professionalism on accuracy and what to tell a customer I am very very upset and not confident that they know how to fix my vehicle
