- ELEunhae LimMay 28, 20261.0First, the representatives at Intoxalock does NOT tell you everything they charge you for. SO BE AWARE. Let me share my experience with joke of a company. First, they forget to ship out a part of the breathalyzer so they ship overnight and charge me a $40 fee; this had me going to the installing auto shop twice. Then the installing company they partnered up with messed up filling out the DMV form 920, which is only sent out by Intoxalock. So I call them to resend it and please do it overnight since I, a single mom with two kids need to drive asap. The representative at Intoxalock confirms that she will, but U will need to pay $40. I told them charge the installer because it was his fault. They said ok and that she will ship it out overnight. The next day I ask for the tracking number because the package was nowhere to be delivered by 4pm. When I check the tracking number, it says delivery expected on Monday. Today is Thursday. This has been going on since LAST Thursday. I’ve asked a representative to transfer me to a manager/supervisor and he answers, “Yup” and transfers me. I was on the phone yesterday waiting for 45 mins. Today I’ve been in the phone for 9 mins. I’ve asked my original state representative to get back to me with a supervisor and no response via Email. When they needed to sign me up he called me 10 times a day and emailed me about 30 times before getting me signed up. I’m currently on the phone with a representative who finally seems competent of the situation and why Intoxalock should rectify the situation. I will update as to what happens after this call.
