  This was my first time renting a car and I had a great experience at Enterprise! The customer service from Diego, Stone, and Marissa was excellent, and they made the whole process smooth and easy. I appreciate how professional and helpful they all were. I’ll for sure be coming back and renting here. Highly recommend!

  I like to go to the airport location. Less traffic, no wait, more convenient to my home. They're closed on the weekends, but I can drop off at the downtown location.

  Avoid at all costs. When we arrived they told us they didnt think they would have any cars available despite us arriving on time and having a reservation. Their reasoning was that people did not return the cars on time so they had none to give us. Told us to try another business down the street. My husband went and checked and the other place had zero cars in the lot and actually didnt have any cars available. The enterprise parking lot, however, was FULL of cars. It became clear they just didnt want to clean the cars out and turn them over for a new reservation as it was close to closing time. They eventually got us a car that had "just been returned". The parking lot gate was closed and no new cars had driven in since we walked into the store so they were clearly lying about not having cars. I've never seen such a poorly run business actively trying to turn down customers with reservations. They tried to do the same thing to all of the other customers waiting. I likely will not book with Enterprise again.

  waited a whole day for a car. was promised to come in the next day at 10am and if they still didn’t have a car they would give me a bigger car for same price. came back at 10 and still no car for me and all of a sudden everybody has amnesia and don’t remember telling me that. So I’m writing this as i wait. same thing happened a couple months ago when I reserved a car and when I got here no cars were available and I had to drive to the desert that day. Went to budget car rental and they got me squared away! Only reason I came back to here was because someone else’s insurance covered it while my car is in the shop but I should have told them somewhere else cause every time I come here it’s a nightmare!
