  Enterprise was great to work with. They picked me up, had a car ready quickly, and handled the whole process well. I like that they didn’t over-perfume to car. They worked well with my insurance. I would use this company again.

  My dad had rented a car, and on the paper it stated that we needed to turn it in at this location. Unfortunately, when we arrived it happened to be closed. I was really stressed that day because my dad had gotten a heart attack, and rented the car to come back from New Mexico. Therefore, I unfortunately did not see the sign that they were closed. I was just stressed, and simply seen the gate was closed but I saw people that seemed like customers and the workers still inside the parking lot of enterprise. I thought that you probably just had to open it to park the car inside, and simply opened the gate so we could leave it there. There was a worker there with a beard and eye glasses, and he just started yelling at me telling me what am I doing if they are already closed and some more things that he said in a very rude way. I understand that it was my fault in the sense that I didn’t double check to see that they were closed, but I was already having a bad week with trying to get things sorted out with my dad and simply did not see. I feel that he did not have to yell at me in a disrespectful way. I make mistakes, and therefore he could have said it in a more polite way and I would have completely understood. I just felt talked bad upon, and felt really embarrassed afterwards. I even apologized to him several times and he just kept answering me rudely so what was even the point of apologizing. Hopefully we never have to go to this location again. I hope you all have a better experience.

  Absolutely wonderful experience with the Enterprise team in Visalia on Maine Street! A huge thank you to the entire staff for their warm smiles, welcoming energy, and kindness during what was a very stressful situation for my family and me. Our car broke down unexpectedly, and we needed a last minute rental. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A special thank you to the amazing woman at the front desk who helped us check in and, more importantly, helped us find and book a last minute one way truck from Visalia to Long Beach. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but I will never forget how helpful and compassionate she was. She remained patient, informative, and determined to find a solution for us when we really needed one. She was truly an angel in our situation. The rest of the staff were equally wonderful, friendly, positive, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. After such a stressful experience with our car breaking down, their kindness made a huge difference for my family and me. Thank you, Enterprise Visalia, for taking such great care of us when we needed it most! Your team is a true reflection of what great customer service should feel like. 🙏🏼❤️
