  A short, cockeyed man was very rude to my husband and I when we rented our vehicle. He should be more careful when he decides to make comments about his customers right in front of their family. Other employees were nice.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Enterprise rental car location. The service here is consistently slow and far behind schedule. There seems to be a clear lack of motivation and willingness to help customers, which is honestly surprising for a company of this size. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get my car, while employees appeared to be sitting in the office doing very little to move things along. It felt disorganized and inefficient from start to finish. This location seriously needs to improve its staffing or management because right now it’s performing well below average. I would not recommend renting from here unless you have plenty of time to waste. The most interesting part is that they’re very quick to respond to your one-star review, but not to actually serve you.
