The staff is very friendly and the work is impeccable. It wasn’t cheap, but in this case, I got what I paid for and I would highly recommend them.
- JBJillian BosSep 26, 20265.0I had an exceptional experience with Alex’s Paint & Body. I initially called because I needed a few things touched up on our car. The phone experience was pleasant and professional, and they invited me to bring the car by that same day for an estimate. I was greeted by Albert, who was both helpful and professional, and clearly experienced and knowledgeable. He looked everything over, prepared a written quote on the spot, and sent me home with it—no pressure whatsoever. When I called back, I was told I could bring the car in whenever convenient. Once I dropped it off, they set clear expectations about timing and proactively called with updates along the way. I picked up my car today and the work is flawless. The entire car was shiny and spotless—it looked as though it had been fully detailed. And, to top it off, the final total came in under the original estimate. (!!!) I cannot remember the last time I had such a pleasant and easy maintenance experience. Alex’s exceeded my expectations, and I recommend them highly, with confidence. They earned our longtime business today—although I hope I don’t have a reason to return anytime soon! I will happily refer them to anyone who does. Thank you, Alex’s Paint & Body. Five stars, all the way.
