  The technician that installed my windshield was very nice and friendly. But the workmanship quality was lacking. 5 days after the installation from Safelite, I got in my car to leave for work in the morning. And what do you know, a huge crack starting from the very edge of the driver side and went across the whole windshield to passenger side. Their lifetime warranty guaranteed on workmanship and material is a joke. It was clearly a stress crack but Safelite argued it was a rock that hit it. I argued that the windshield looks worse now than before I had it replaced 5 days ago. The technician and Manager begin telling me that it doesn't matter how new the installation is a crack from a rock that can happen right when you leave the parking lot. They said it actually happens all the time. I responded with well you guys aren't doing your job right because that should not be happening. I was a returning customer but never will I return to Safelite ever again.

  Easy experience. Stopped in person to have my windshield inspected to determine if I needed a repair or replacement. A nice rock hit my glass and the blemish spread, so, needed a replacement. Contacted my insurance company and they set up the appointment for me the next day. Dropped the car off and went to lunch. Received texts regarding the progress approximately every hour. Was done in 2.5 to 3 hours.

  The technicians and the repairs are great. I've never had an issue, and i've had several windshields over the few years replaced by them. THE BIGGEST HASSLE YOU WILL FIND, IS THERE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. IT BRINGS YOU AROUND AND AROUND AND AROUND AND THEN HANGS UP ON YOU. i hope the person who approved this system is no longer working for the company. We're no longer has a contract with them. 5 stars for repair, 1 stars automated system.

  Their service was fast, friendly, and the quality of the windshield replacement was outstanding. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Not many companies do! I highly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement.   I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Safelite! My technician, Kirk, was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He completed the windshield replacement efficiently without sacrificing quality. What I appreciated most was his excellent communication. He called me the morning of my appointment to let me know the expected time frame for his arrival, which made planning my day so much easier. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless.
