- GMGordon McKennon2 days ago1.0They did not refill coolant and it was very low. As a result Car overheated when we drove it. I added more and it resolved the issue. Overpriced oil change and didn’t even fully inspect all fluids. Never again!
- PEPearl ElizarrarasMay 10, 20261.05/10/2026 I pulled in to the jiffy lube in Victorville. They were out of 0w-20 weight oil. Fred the manager did offer me a higher quality of oil that was $30 more. It would have been great if Fred would have honored the ungraded at the same price, since they were out the full synthetic that I use. I would have been a great gesture on their part since I’m a loyal customer. So long story short, I went across the street to Valvoline and got my oil changed.

- MRManuel RodriguezMay 4, 20261.0I was quoted a price for one hour of work and on the day of service they claimed it was gonna be three, I watched them the whole time and it was only an hour my car sat there for at least 45 minutes, I confronted the manager and he sounded happy his mechanic was supposedly doing two cars at once, I was paying for the hours not for him to be doing that. So in total of work hours it was only an hour like I was first quoted. The dishonesty of management is my concern
