Rent here often for business trips. Cars are always clean and gassed up. Staff is also very attentive to needs and it's very accommodating a plus service overall great staff I encourage anybody looking to rent a car last minute or whether you have a reservation to rent here it's a truly seamless experience in and out.

Called ahead of time to verify a rental. Was told they had several cars available. Was 30 minutes into a ride share and was informed an hour before pickup that, no, they did not have any vehicles available. Wasting my time and money.

If you need a rental car, this is a no-brainer. This Enterprise has the friendliest staff and they have great cars. They all seem to love what they do and care about the customers. They hustle to quickly serve you and get you out in a great car. I love my experience every time I go there. Let them be your next choice.

I wish I could give negative stars to this location and company. I reserved a "FULL SIZE SUV" through the website over two weeks prior to the day I needed the SUV. I called multiple times to ask if I could request at Chevy Tahoe, the customer service rep assured me that he will get a full-size SUV. The day before I needed the SUV enterprise called me confirming my "reservation" for the next morning at 9am. I show up at 9am the day of, stood in line got checked in and the lady at the counter confirmed "FULL SIZED SUV". she took my payment of 1 cent. and told me to wait for someone to show me the SUV. I was finally called after almost 20 minutes and taken outside where I was told they do not have any "FULL SIZE SUV'S" at the lot and where I was shown a small SUV that was nothing more than a Camry with big tires. I explained that I "RESERVED" a FULL-SIZED SUV, when I was taken back inside the lady at the counter was extremely rude and told me reservations do not mean that they will have the vehicle and she cannot control when the cars will be brought back...well just in case you do not know this is the true definition of a reservation. A "reservation" is a formal arrangement to hold something—such as a table, hotel room, car or ticket—for your future use. please do not get a vehicle here

Y’all know the saying. If I could leave zero stars I would!! I was in California and needed a rental car. Went to the Enterprise in Victorville because they had the vehicle I wanted which was a standard truck. I had only had the truck for a couple hours and I started noticing the tire pressure light coming on. We stopped to put air in it and started back on our drive. Not even 15 minutes later the light came back on again! I called Enterprise and they gave me three options. First option; Wait 48 hours for someone to bring me a replacement (ridiculous considering that’s TWO WHOLE DAYS that we would have been stranded in the DESERT!!!!!!) Second option; Call roadside assistance and wait for a tow truck which as we all know takes hours for them to arrive. And no Enterprise wasn’t going to pay the fee! Third option; go to a tire shop (pep boys or tire choice) Apparently they take their cars there and I would not have been charged but how can I trust that I won’t get a bill charged to my card? They also told me over the phone that there wasn’t any Enterprises or tire shops near me but when I googled tire shops a few showed up! After I got off the phone with them I made my way to a shop. (Not the ones they mentioned as they were closed) Now mind you the lady on the phone tried to say I must have ran over a nail basically blaming me for the tire being messed up. Well when I made it to the shop the man told me that it was the tire valve (the part you put the air in) that was messed up and not a nail!! It had a crack in it and would not hold air for long while driving far distances obviously. I only paid $28 but that’s still time and money wasted on a rental truck that Enterprise should have inspected before renting it to me. They claim they do but no they don’t. They only check for scratches! The next day I called them back and asked for a refund as the lady on the phone told me she could give me one but since all of this happened it ruined my trip so I wanted to change my drop off location because of that. (I think her name was Brittney); she basically said that I could not get the refund because of that which is ridiculous! This is not my car it’s a rental and as a customer I shouldn’t have to pay for repairs! The lady was going back and forth with me and blaming me for the tire saying that if it was fine when I drove off then it must be something I did which is bogus! Enterprise blames customers for their mistakes, doesn’t keep their word on giving refunds, lies, over charges you for low scale vehicles, and instead of resolving issues and making customers happy they argue with them! Oh and even I dropped the truck off at the new location and they told me that they would have refunded me because what is $28 to a billion dollar company!! I will NEVER rent from them again! I’ll stick with Avis and Budget from now on!! And don’t come responding to my post trying to act all nice because I received no call about my refund!
