  I reserved a van for one week for my Las Vegas trade show, a week before my scheduled rental. When I arrived at the pickup location, I was told that the van I had reserved was not available. I had never been notified of any cancellation or inventory issue; I had the confirmation, but they tell me they don't have the van. I then called the Enterprise customer service center, where I was informed that a van was available—but at a higher price than my original reservation. It felt like my reservation wasn't being honored unless I agreed to pay more. What makes this even more concerning is that the same thing happened to a friend of mine. This appears to be more than an isolated incident and raises serious concerns about how reservations are being handled. I was in trouble and paid a higher price to be able to make my plan.

  Great experience with the cargo van. Had to move two long clocks . Lots of room. Reasonably priced . Would do it again.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. I had a flat tire during my rental, and when I called for roadside assistance, they were unable to help me. Since I couldn’t wait indefinitely, I had to pay out of pocket to have the tire repaired myself so I could continue my trip. The representative I spoke with assured me that I would be reimbursed for the repair. However, after I contacted Enterprise to follow up, they suddenly started talking about “cleaning charges” instead of honoring the reimbursement they had promised. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to avoid paying me back. I kept my end of the agreement and expected Enterprise to keep theirs. Instead, I was left paying for a repair that should have been covered and never received the reimbursement I was promised. Poor roadside assistance, poor communication, and even worse customer service. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise. I would not rent from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

  Very clean truck, in and out. Grate help at the pickup and return.
