  I was able to reserve a cargo van online - very easy. The pickup went very smoothly and returning after hours was great! The van was very clean, inside and out - looked like new. Thank you very much!

  Very easy process from start to finish at the Ventura store, I received a new truck with no issues it drove great and I dropped it off after hours due to getting back later than expected

  I’m giving three stars based on one issue. My van wasn’t ready for pickup when I arrived. The clerk said they tried calling me but the number they had was off by one digit. No one tried to find my number through any other means and that was annoying. Not on time meant I had to rearrange my plans for the entire day. No offer of a discount for this inconvenience. Other that this issue I would have given five stars
