  This was my first time renting from this location. My vehicle was great, my issue was my credit card was charged multiple times. Not on purpose but it happened. I will say Enterprise handled my complaint in a timely manner. Problem solved👌

  I love this Enterprise location. Staff are so professional and friendly. It is a busy spot and they make it obvious that every single customer is important. Great team!!! I've had to use their competition in Ventura a couple times due to car availability and there is no comparison IMO. I also love the ability to rent at LAX and drop off in Ventura at a reasonable price and vice versa. Way cheaper than Uber or private car service and no comparison to bus services!! Highly, highly recommend.

  Called twice in days leading up to my rental to confirm my car would be ready. I was assured by the manager that it would be here when I got here. Of course when we get there they say they already rented the car to someone else and they don’t have it. I asked to speak to a manager. She said he was off for the day. But knew that they rented my car away and they didn’t seem to care. This is the second time this location has done this to me. Stay away
