  I love this Enterprise location. Staff are so professional and friendly. It is a busy spot and they make it obvious that every single customer is important. Great team!!! I've had to use their competition in Ventura a couple times due to car availability and there is no comparison IMO. I also love the ability to rent at LAX and drop off in Ventura at a reasonable price and vice versa. Way cheaper than Uber or private car service and no comparison to bus services!! Highly, highly recommend.

  Called twice in days leading up to my rental to confirm my car would be ready. I was assured by the manager that it would be here when I got here. Of course when we get there they say they already rented the car to someone else and they don’t have it. I asked to speak to a manager. She said he was off for the day. But knew that they rented my car away and they didn’t seem to care. This is the second time this location has done this to me. Stay away

  Enterprise Ventura will give you a jeep with a bad damper then tell you it is a "Jeep thing" when it has "death wobbles" and almost kills you on the freeway. I returned this vehicle within 4 hours of having it. If you read this message please never accept a jeep as a rental. I had this vehicle looked at by a mechanic and he confirmed that it is not safe to drive. I have reached out to the staff at Ventura enterprise as well as their website chat bot that said they would elevate the situation. No one cares. Please do yourselves a favor if you read this. Please understand that even if they did care they wouldn't have the resources to fix it. Don't trust rentals, do not rent jeeps. I'm lucky I am still alive, I hope this car gets the proper maintenance it desperately needs.
