  Seems to be a very young and unprofessional team that cares more about hitting metrics and dishonest upselling with additional insurance they know that you don't need, vs being helpful and trustworthy. I was pressured heavily by the assistant manager about additional insurance I didn't need and made the mistake of trusting them. He actually went so far as to say that people often return the cars with damages, implying that I would do the same. I have called and called to try to rectify the situation, but I have not heard anything back.. from anyone. Pretty shady! The car was great, but it was almost on E when they gave it to me, and the key fob died immediately. Be prepared to deal with very pushy and opportunistic staff.

  We had an excellent experience with our car rental from the Ventura Enterprise Car Rental Office. The car was clean and fit all our needs for this trip. The people we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you!

  Friendly staff. Gets what you need. FYI: make sure you try and reserve early if you're going for a weekend. It's a busy place and may not have unreserved vehicles.

  Misleading representatives on the phone with no sense of transparency. Wasted my time and money since I was informed to travel to another location and that the vehicle I needed was allegedly available at another location. An Enterprise rep had informed me to drive to Thousand Oaks since there is a specific vehicle that I needed was available on that location and head up there before it's gone. Upon arriving to Thousand Oaks, I was informed that the vehicle I have ordered was unavailable and there is no car available even if I was to downgrade my order. I then proceeded drive back to the Ventura location and there was no available vehicle as well and i was not informed that a credit card was needed and a $300 deposit. My time and fuel was wasted by Enterprise due to them not being honest and transparent in the beginning.

  Every time I get a rental from Enterprise I am met with friendly greetings from the young man, Jaime , who picked me up to the young men that were on shift in the he office. I even got there in time to hear a very sweet and earnest question about a phrase in Spanish which quickly turned hilarious. It was family appropriate and so cute. It's obvious that they are careful around customers but relaxed enough to share a joke. The employees are always tiptop professional, helpful and speedy. Thank you for everything Enterprise. You know how to run a business.
