  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Plus an Extra 2½ Stars! I walked into the AutoZone on East Thompson Boulevard on a Saturday afternoon with a dying key fob and absolutely no idea what kind of battery it needed—or even how to open the thing. The lovely woman at the front greeted me immediately and asked how she could help. When she asked what kind of battery I needed, my honest answer was, “I don’t know. I was hoping you could help me because I don’t even know how to open it!” Natalie, the Store Manager, and David stepped in and were amazing. Because my key fob is a third-party replacement rather than the manufacturer’s original, opening it turned into quite the adventure. The three of us tried to figure out where to pinch, pry, twist, and turn. Natalie and David stayed patient and persistent until they got it open, identified the battery, and helped me replace it. What impressed me most was their kindness. They never made me feel embarrassed or stupid for not knowing something that was completely outside my wheelhouse. Instead, Natalie simply treated it as something we were all learning together. As a woman, walking into an auto-parts store can sometimes feel intimidating because you never know how you’ll be treated. That was absolutely not my experience here. I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely helped from the moment I walked through the door. I originally stopped at this location because it was on my way home. Now, whenever I need something AutoZone-related, I will intentionally return to this store. Natalie and David went above and beyond, and the entire experience was friendly, patient, and refreshingly human. Five stars simply aren’t enough—this team gets 7½ stars out of 5 from me! If you visit, ask for Natalie or David. You’ll be in wonderful hands.

  I had a great and hilarious experience here. Came to get a battery replaced on my key fob and amidst many technical difficulties, and my own key malfunctioning, the manager Nat was so patient and helpful.
