  I want to give a shout out to Nathan. He was working the Nelrose location on Sun 10/18. The first car we rented had AC problems. Nathan tried to help figure out the issue for quite some time. Unfortunately the Ineos would not respond. Nathan exchanged our vehicle with no hassles. This was all at closing time but Nathan handled it all with a smile and great attention. Nathan is a champ and the reason I would rent from SIXT again. Thank you Nathan for getting us back moving on our vacation!!!!

  Chers futurs clients, Je ne dépose absolument jamais d’avis négatif, mais cette fois ci c’est une obligation. Soyez très sincèrement vigilant à la prise de votre véhicule, c’est à dire que selon moi il est impératif que vous filmiez et photographiez votre véhicule dans les moindres détails. En effet, le personnel Sixt manque de professionnalisme, d’honnêteté mais est en revanche le roi de l’escroquerie. À la prise du véhicule tous les petits dommages sont notés, je fais remarquer l’absence d’un mini dommage au bas du pare choc, Nathan ce jour là me dis ne vous inquiétez pas ça ne sera pas noté contre vous à votre retour, j’ai malgré tout pris photo et vidéo. Et sans surprise à la restitution du véhicule, Chris qui réceptionne le véhicule remarque ce mini dommage ( je lui explique la situation mais il est fermé à tout dialogue)et me dis ne vous inquiétez pas votre assurance prendra tout en charge, et à ce moment précis je lui réponds fermement que sa pratique est illégale et anti professionnelle! Comme une impression que Sixt remet ses voitures à neuf sur le dos des assurances des clients. Étant cliente Sixt depuis des nombreuses années avec un statut élevé, je ne suis pas étonné après lecture des avis. Bref, moi je ne me laisserais pas faire, je défendrais mon cas, et je ne ferais pas intervenir mon assurance car SIXT MENT OUVERTEMENT.

  Absolutely horrible experience, avoid at all costs. They will charge you for false and fake damage to their vehicle. I rented a car and returned it with no issue, I had zero problems. They sent me a claim stating that I am responsible for a leaky tire, when I asked for photos or documentations, they sent nothing. They charges me $361 extra without any proof. Avoid and don’t fall a victim for scammers.

  Nathan is Sixt Rental's best agent , helping us rent the BMW 7 series car we want. Nathan looks like legendary MJ Magic Johnson of the Los Angeles Lakers.

  From start to finish, the whole rental experience was excellent. Booking was straightforward, picking up the car was quick and easy, and everything was explained clearly. The gentleman who looked after me was fantastic. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was absolutely flat out the morning I arrived and still managed to remain friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Nothing seemed too much trouble, which I really appreciated. As an Australian visiting Los Angeles, hiring a car made getting around so much easier, and the vehicle was exactly what I needed. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that made the whole experience so hassle-free. Great service, great staff and I’d happily rent from them again. Well done!
