  Please, do yourself a favor and skip renting a car from this place. Absolute incompetence and the staff will just say whatever you need to hear to get you out the door -false promises, low stock of cars, bad communication and overall just a lack of integrity. This is my first ever Google review. So, yes. Please don’t ignore these one star reviews. Go elsewhere.

  I usually rent from the Santa Monica branch, but tried this Venice location for the first time and had an absolutely flawless experience. The staff here was amazing and incredibly friendly from start to finish. The BMW I received was super new, completely spotless, and neat inside and out. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this location!

  Would never rent a car from here again. Absolute scammers. They will make false claims about damages, you have been warned. I am not the first. I rented a Toyota Corolla, which of course they didn't have when I showed up, on time. They gave me a 60,000km Mazda MX50 SUV instead, which I wasn't happy with because of the worse fuel economy. The one employee I spoke with said I could check back the next day to possibly grab a Corolla, but when I stopped by the next day another employee said they had no Corollas coming back in the next couple of days even. Great. After returning the vehicle, I was sent a claim by them saying the window had a chip in it. On their own damage report when I got the vehicle there were FOUR window chips AND cracks already recorded in the 60k km car as well as at least 10 other previous scratches. I went online to see the photo they took of the so called chip, and what a surprise, the picture did not load. After emailing headquarters, even they agreed it was weird and said they would speak with this location about it. On a final note, I accidentally left my Raybans in the vehicle, and what a surprise they just ignored my lost and found request. Hope the employee that took them likes them. Never again.

  I had an excellent experience with the Sixt Venice Beach branch. During my trip, the air conditioning in my BMW X7 M60 stopped working, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the California heat. I arrived at the branch without a prior appointment and explained the issue. The staff handled everything professionally and efficiently. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to exchange the vehicle immediately and provided me with another BMW X7 M60 with a fully functioning air conditioning system. I really appreciated the quick, friendly, and customer oriented service. Thank you to the entire team for resolving the issue so smoothly and allowing me to continue my trip without any hassle. Highly recommended!

  Super content du service! La voiture avec 7 places assises étaient confortables mais aussi agréable à conduire ! Je remercie l’hôtesse d’accueil « Tresha » (je n’ai pas le nom exacte) pour sa gentillesse, sa spontanéité, sa qualité de service et enfin sa bonne humeur !
