  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental West Van Nuys thanks to Hassan, the manager, and Willie, the assistant manager. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were both professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure the rental process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you also goes to Mr. Al, the shuttle driver. He was awesome! His driving skills were excellent, and he made the ride safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. His friendly personality and professionalism added even more to my positive experience. The entire team took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had the right vehicle for my needs, and treated me with genuine courtesy and respect. It's refreshing to receive this level of customer care, and it truly made my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you, Hassan, Willie, and Mr. Al, for your dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service!

  Really great customer service. Explained rental in detail. They can get busy but theyre great at managing flow of customers. They also keep you updated with reminders and I was able to easily extend my rental via phone and text. The only downside is that the parking lot is super cramped and can get full due to busy hours. However there is free street parking near by.

  I just wanted to give a shout out and big thank you to the team at Enterprise Van Nuys. Isabelle, Hassan, Willie and Al are amazing! This team rocks and is the reason why this branch is my favorite Enterprise! You guys put up with a lot from me and I want you to know how much I appreciate you and all that you do! Forget LAX unless you are renting at National. Catch the Van Nuys flyaway and head over to Enterprise Van Nuys West. They have great cars, an excellent team, and they take care of their renters. I highly recommend this location! Best branch I have found after living in the LA-area for close to 30 years!
