  I have a 6 years relationship with Chevrolet and all was good until I picked my new car After getting home I have checked my contract and I saw that the ppl that dealt with my account changed the agreement and instead of 12,000 miles per year they wrote 10,000 miles per year They did not disclosed it Not once And since I was a repeat customer getting just a newer model and aside from the price nothing changed I have trusted them to be honest and keep my deal as it was Neither the sales team or the person that had me signed the agreements talked about changing the mileage This is what I call doing a business in bad faith

  Thank you for making car trouble as manageable as possible:) Gurgen Melkonyan has been AMAZING for us. We've had many problems with a 2017 Chevy Volt and got to work with Gurgen more then either of us would have liked- always professional, very communicative, straight to the point. The car was in 4 or 5 times across the past 9 months, totaling ~3-4 months at this dealership, and I always felt informed about where the car was and what the delays were (was always part sourcing for a car that hasn't been made in 7 years). As soon as the parts were in, service was completed within a day. And thank you Lalo for making the surrendering the car (after sorting out a buyback with GM) as easy as possible. You were the best part of the buyback process.

  TLDR: Quoted $928 for the labor for a 12v battery change. I got constant emails (and texts!) from their sales department begging me to sell them my car, even after I told them I wasn’t interested and even AFTER I’ve gotten my car back. The moment I got my car back I now get alerts about the tire monitor system and it no longer reads the pressure on one of the tires. Full details: I came in dealing with battery alerts from my dashboard and my car dying suddenly in the middle of the highway (within the span of 15min). Firstly they charged me $259 just to plug their diagnostic machine in, which I had to agree to when dropping the car off. IMMEDIATELY after dropping my car off I received two emails and texts from their sales department begging me to sell them my car because it’s a 2017 with very low mileage. I responded and told them I didn’t appreciate their spam and that I wasn’t interested. They responded and said they would take me off the list, they did not. I continued to receive emails even until just now. The day after dropping the car off I received an email with a quote for the costs and recommended work. Two of the 6 “critical services” were actually relevant. And those two options were: - $928 for a 12v battery - $865 for “rec. shifter and jumper harness” Totaling $3,237.34 for all of the services. About an hour later I received a call from someone other than my service rep, but they did not introduce themselves. I tried to ask for clarification on what “rec. shifter and jumper harness” meant but the person became very annoyed with me and told me he was only calling to tell me that I should really accept all of the quotes but that those quotes did NOT include parts, only labor. So the $928 did not even include the cost of the battery. At this point I was so completely insulted that we ended up taking it up with Chevrolet corporate, because the issue with the battery stemmed from a defect with the shifter that Chevrolet is currently being sued over. After a few days they called me to tell me they were delighted to say that they could cover 10% of the cost, which I obviously refused. After much back and forth over a week, and purchasing some parts myself personally and shuttling it to them, I got my battery and shifter replaced for an end of day cost of $870 (+$80 part I purchased myself) Immediately after driving the car off the lot I started getting alerts that my tire monitor system wasn’t working and noticed it was no longer reading pressure in the back right tire. Personally I find it very hard to believe this error started occurring naturally.
