  Well I made an appointment to get an oil change, balance, and rotation of my tires. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I don’t live too far from the dealership so I didn’t notice until I jumped on the freeway and I felt the same vibration once I got home from work I checked, and my tires were not balanced nor rotated. I’m not sure how this was missed because my agent read me the paperwork telling me all the things that were done to my truck which is now concerning because none of it was done. I called spoke to a manager. I guess they’re gonna make it right but that’s just mind-boggling for ordinary people that don’t know and don’t check and they believe everything. The dealer tells them, and this is not the first time this happened at the dealership.

  Great experience from start to finish. Can’t say enough good things about Sammy. We were able to add a lift kit while keeping factory warranty and also had it shipped from Van Nuys to Washington State. Sammy was always very quick to answer questions and give updates on the vehicle while we were getting all the extras put on. This Tahoe turned out amazing, thank you!

  Horrible customer service. I’ve purchased 2 trucks from them. I’ve been waiting 1 year for 12 free oil changes that I received with the truck. I’ve done paperwork 3 times for it. Turns out that they gave me some fake papers just for show. The papers don’t mean anything because they never really put my benefits in the system! Probably because they don’t want to help me out to save…. That’s petty when we spend over 100k with them. Make sure you verify all the paperwork and benefits” they give you cause most likely you’ll find out later they scammin!

  I went in looking for a car after recently moving to LA, and we were paired with Felipe. He took us on test drives in a few Subarus and a RAV4 and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My family and I absolutely fell in love with one of the Subarus, but we had only recently started looking and the car was a bit of a stretch for our budget. Felipe took the time to really understand our needs and priorities and did everything he could to help us get a fair deal on the Subaru we loved. He also knew this would be my first car, so he went above and beyond to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Honestly, we probably would not have bought the car if it weren't for Felipe. He is genuinely one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. I've visited quite a few dealerships around Southern California, and unfortunately, I've encountered a lot of salespeople who are pushy, sleazy, or willing to play dirty to close a deal. Felipe was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right car for us. He absolutely deserves to be recognized and promoted. If you're looking for a car, I couldn't recommend Felipe more highly.

  We worked with Sammy for about a week of going back and forth trying to help my girlfriends son. He purchased an electric car that had issues and decided he didn't want the car. So we went and spoke with Sammy who was absolutely awesome! I do not like dealerships but Sammy definitely made the experience better than I expected. He managed to get us a better car at practically an even trade. I never once felt he was being dishonest with us. He gave us all of our options and we ended up getting a better car. I highly recommend uf you go in that you speak to Sammy. The entire staff was very good but we mostly dealt with Sammy and he was great. Thank you again Sammy for changing my perspective on dealerships. We are happy with the final results.
