  had a great experience and truly appreciated the service I received. Andrick was very professional, respectful, and genuinely a good person throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answered my questions, and showed excellent customer service.   Edit as I can’t respond to response: important to note the service advisor team explicitly stated and started with saying the parts were part of completely different systems, which is incorrect. Further, coolant, oil, and labor were charged to me for the warranty repair, in excess of $400. Removed a star as I want others to be aware of my challenges and through all of this have not received any apologies from the dealer. Only Stellantis Review for service department: Experienced a catastrophic overpressure/ overheating breakdown event. Towed to the dealer. Poor customer service with service advisor claims failed parts of the coolant system were not related and not part of the same system. Work took over a month with very limited updates. I felt taken advantage of. Service department attempted to reduce my bill if I changed my review. Escalated through Stellantis/Jeep corporate for resolution. Service tech, Alex Rosas, did good work though and was honest
