  My visit was met with utmost integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. They met all my needs. The paperwork was fast and when the detail team was on break our sales person Rick stepped up and washed and gassed up the car himself. What an all-around awesome experience good job guys.

  Amazing! Ton is the best tech! He and his manager really went above & beyond for me regarding my 2018 Honda Accord's head gasket issues. There is a class action lawsuit against Honda Corporate in regards to this same exact issue. Hopefully it will be a recall soon. Thank you Ton and team at Honda Vallejo!!

  Cesar was absolutely amazing to work with! He provided incredible customer service and guided my mom and me through making the best decision for my very first car before turning 18. He truly went above and beyond—making us special coffee, having the car detailed (by Chris, who did an awesome job!), and giving us a full tank of gas. When we noticed the original tires were old, Cesar negotiated to have four brand-new tires included so we felt completely satisfied with the deal. On top of that, his great sense of humor and welcoming personality made the whole process stress-free and fun. He even took a photo of my mom and me to celebrate the milestone. I highly recommend Cesar to anyone looking for a seamless, top-tier car-buying experience!

  First, I told the sales reps that I would give a good review. I'm sad that this wasn't a great experience therefore, I'm just not able to do that. After having my own experience and reading the other reviews. I think a real honest review is warranted. If you're shopping here, you need to know the one star experience is real. Let me jump to the issues. The rating went from 4 stars to 2 stars based on the best deal(yes), timeliness(took 4-5 hours when dealership could have worked better together), customer service(Marlon set an appt, wasn't at work, didn't tell me he wasn't working and didn't enlist timely help and the new service person had to jump in), honesty (the price was the price, he did a great job beating the deal) and the overall process (after I showed up to the dealership, I didn't hear from Marlon again. No thank you, no how are things going..no follow up) I worked with Marlon, who at first appeared honest and willing to help. We went back and forth for 3-4 weeks, as I was shopping for the best deal. Marlon was willing to work with that and appeared "hungry" for the sale. Initially this was fine but when I made the final decision to purchase with them Marlon wouldn't provide an actual quote. It was like he didn't believe it and he wanted more commitment from me than he was willing to give in return. Also, since they didn't actually have the vehicle on their lot, he also wouldn't provide the VIN or confirm the miles on the vehicle which wasn't a problem but waiting for it was. Just stating, I needed to come in or I had to come in before anything was done. The pressure was heavy. The bottom line is he didn't want to give me a quote to shop around, even though I expressed I am on the way to his dealership. Even though I affirmed I was no longer shopping around. Additional helpers... Rick assisted in Marlon's absence. It was rocky at first. but turned out ok....We are picky card buyers and that didn't appear to be liked. I also met Josh who was helpful, we had a really nice conversation. Visually the vehicle was great we had no issues that we can tell.
