  Worst Honda dealership around. You’re MUCH better off going to Fairfield. The HONDA service department is unable to figure out simple issues here and refused to give my wife a loaner vehicle because we took the vehicle back there ‘too many times’ while they were unable to achieve a ‘replication’ of the issue at hand. They sold us a LEMON and refused to fix the issues. However, we were able to go to the dealership out towards Petaluma and the dealership in Fairfield where both were able to see the issue and begin to troubleshoot it. The manager, Mike, in Vallejo is an absolute cactus and doesn’t know how to talk to women. Beware if you’re contemplating buying a vehicle here.

  My experience with Honda of Vallejo was great. I did most of the transaction over chat. We agreed on a price, I drove all the way from SF and everything was as agreed. I was apprehensive from a bad experience I had at SF Honda. I would have traveled over an hour and paid $100 each way for Uber if it went badly. But everything went smoothly. The car is great, the salesman and finance manager were nice and there was no pressure to buy add ons. The one area for improvement is the actual final prep before I drove off. It seemed to take extraordinarily long time.

  Honda of Vallejo is the absolute best. The guys there, Mike, Isaac (ALL of them) are super professional, friendly and their work is immutable. They have fixed my car after 2 accidents and each time they have brought my car back to life. Looks brand new. They are so accommodating with everything, rental car pick ups and drop offs, just everything. I would recommend without a doubt. If ever you need your car fixed accurately and promptly. They are your guys FOR SURE.

  The service department is not what is was when this was Avery Greene. They don’t have the systems needed to see what work has been done to the car through the dealer network because someone in upper management doesn’t want to pay for it so they recommend service solely on what’s been done at Honda of Vallejo. Additionally, they did not keep all the important records from Avery Greene. I was told I never had differential service done on my 2023 pilot due to no records then came home and pulled up records from Avery Greene. Stay away from the service department. I will not be back. Some of the service advisors are great but still, the service department in itself has gone downhill. P.s. - when I get my cars serviced in Vegas at autonation they can pull up every service I’ve ever got done to my car at any dealer.

  I saw a used 2013 Toyota Prius plug on the lot as I was driving by. Since gas prices rose, I'd been searching for a more fuel efficient car for my wife. The exterior wear and tear was normal, but the overall interior and exterior looked great. About 15 minutes later, a Sales Manager/GM (don't remember which one) was parking a car on the lot, and I asked him if anybody wants to sell a car today. We laughed and he immediately got a salesman for me. I explained to Brian, after he opened the vehicle up, that my wife will be coming to test drive the vehicle after work. Clean Carfax, lease for a short period and one owner. It was a diamond in the ruff. Since that was a hot car, I stayed on the lot with documents prepped until she had a chance to arrive. Brian, pocketed the keys for me. When Pam arrived, they test drive the vehicle and she loved it. Prior to her arrival, Brian had already given me the price out the door with tax to limit my wife's time at the dealer. There was one finance guy working, with two clients ahead of us. We sat for less than an hour before starting and completing our deals. The finance manager prepped the documents, presented our options and completed our paperwork in a timely manner. No back and forth, best price up front with taxes and fees. No games. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase of a new or used vehicle. Kudos to you (Brian) for taking excellent care of my wife and your management team.
