I pulled up at about 12:30 a.m. Its generally cheaper at that hour and also not typically busy. When I first plugged in, I was at 20% and it took about 15 minutes to get to 80%. I didn't notice until the very end but all of the charger stations had an out-of-order notice taped on them but it appeared that they were all in working condition.

The charger works most of the time but there are times when it takes awhile connecting. Sometimes when it is charging it shows not being used on the app. So I can stop it that way. A little finicky but ok most of the time.

The location could feel safer, I suppose, and the only light kept coming off and on.
