  I will not be back to this location and honestly after this interaction I might just be switching completely never going to AutoZone again this location used to be an OG and some good staff but now it's completely changed some young punks super rude no customer service not friendly at all pushy with their sails and trying to get you to buy extra things they all were pushing different sales trying to get me to buy more. Then Literally they wouldn't let me check out!! without having to give them the make model year they want to diagnose your whole thing at the counter instead of just ringing you up. I was trying my best to not get rude after saying no like the fourth time finally they're pushing more sales get a thing of coolant and you get a free something. Or the worst is that I've been using same parts my entire life and to have some kid refused to allow me to buy the items then insist on looking up the make model year and vehicle information and then telling me that I'm wrong and I need different parts just so that I qualify for a deal that they're pushing!! Im sure you get a small bonus for the more of these deals you push but to lose all customer service and to treat the customer like that. And then argue not apologize and get nasty is ridiculous

  Our car started breaking down on the freeway and we thankfully were able to make it to this autozone. We walked in and immediately were able to speak to steph who helped us so much and helped us figure out what to do and buy to fix our car. She is an angel and so intelligent and knowledgeable about cars. Also having a woman helping us was so nice as a i am a young woman myself I am very used to men at places like this condescending me but she was so respectful and kind to me. She literally saved me from needing a tow and getting sent to a autoshop where they mightve scammed me. She should get a raise and employee of the month and anything else autozone gives to their best employees.

  I always go to this location and normally everyone is very friendly, but today before going to this store i called asking for some parts providing my car model and part number and stefany couldnt help me because she wanted a specific name for the parts even tho i proveded her part number and model of my car. But i was like no problem maybe its easier for them if i just go to the store but when i got there she was also the one helping me in person and i asked her again and her answer was that she wasnt working as a mecanic to know that .

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to the store manager, Jose. He went above and beyond to help me with my battery and made the whole process quick and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference. It’s not every day you come across such excellent customer service. Thank you, Jose, for your help—I truly appreciate it!
