We showed up on time to pick up our vehicle which we made a reservation for months in advance, but the vehicle we had reserved was not there. The employees had to hunt for a vehicle which arrived 4 hours after our agreed upon time. When the vehicle did arrive, it reeked like cigarette smoke. I do not blame the employees. I blame the system they are forced to use. It makes no sense to make a reservation months in advance, to give advanced notice, and have no vehicle in the location where it needs to be picked up. What is the purpose of the reservation?

- THTimothy HarrisonJul 25, 20261.0I called to reserve a car, was given a reservation number, had to Uber to Magic Mountain Enterprise, where the rudest representative smugly tells me “sorry sir, we typically don’t honor same day reservations, we have no cars available for you.” So I called reservations team, escalate the complaint, and the company escalation person hangs up on me. This is the last time I rent with Enterprise. The right hand does not half a clue of what the left hand is doing. Reservations says there are avail vehicles, the branch laughs in your face. Horrible customer service. Zero respect for the money it cost me to Uber to the location and zero respect for my time. Enterprise is a garbage company for treating its customers like this, regardless of who is to blame. It’s an organizational failed business plan where the customer is basically lied to.
