- CDCorinne DavisJul 14, 20261.0The worst location. Our original rental broke down with a flat tire and engine issues on the side of the freeway in a truck run off area. We were towed to a local denny's with highway patrol escort to get an Uber to this location where we were advised they had a rental waiting to replace our broken down rental. We arrived at 12:17 pm and the assistant manager told us she had no vehicles for us and to take our stuff outside as they close for a 30 minute lunch. We are hours away from home. Its 100 plus degrees outside and had a fully loaded vehicle. 3 suitcases plus bedding for our stay and for a 30 min lunch she had to eat a sandwich. We were directed to another location by that manager and when we got there, there was no vehicle for us. She sent us to a bogus location. She had No compassion and she was smirking. I would not recommend this location especially if you are in a jam. Very disappointed Since we gave been transferred to our 3rd location and still waiting on a vehicle but our new location let us wait inside out of the heat while they finished their lunch. 100 percent would not recommend old road location. Management is horrible. Or the assistant manger is horrible for sure.
