  I’m so happy with my experience at Vacaville Auto Body! From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, cared for, and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The customer service was wonderful, and the communication throughout the entire repair process was clear, timely, and reassuring. Most importantly, the quality of the repair was outstanding. My vehicle looks beautiful, and you can truly see the care and attention to detail that went into the work. It’s not always easy dealing with the stress of having your vehicle repaired, but they made the entire experience so much easier. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop they can trust!

  Really happy with my experience here. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and they kept me updated along the way. The repair came out great and the whole process was much easier than I expected. I’d definitely come back and recommend them to friends and family.

  Worst experience ever. I brought my 2013 Tahoe in because it needed a door hinge replaced. When I got the vehicle back the air bags, rear air controls, traction stability contols, tire pressure gauge, and rear windshield wiper are not working. They took the tahoe to have a look at it, but all they did was call the dealership to see if it was their fault, and they replaced a battery that didn't need replacing, then told us that was all they could do. Then they basicallly said in the most "sorry not sorry" way that it just happens to cars sometimes. So now a four hundred dollar door hinge repair job has turned into a couple thousand minimum repair job by someone else because they are not willing to make this right. I also have to drive around without airbags until I CAN AFFORD to get this fixed. Shame on you for not making this right. That is my family car that is no longer safe to haul my kids in because of your shoddy work. You can say it had nothing to do with the hinge replacement, but in your heart you know you are responible for making this right. The vehicle came out of your shop in worse condition than when it came in.
