I then proceeded to make a reservation online. After spending money on an uber across town to pick up the car. I was told they had nothing, even after calling to verify, and booking online. I would also say, train your staff on front end customer service. It's pretty bad
- BKB KMay 20, 20262.0Let me start with the staff who helped us were amazing! They get 6 out of 5 stars!! Very quick turnaround, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Amazing!! The second part I confirmed is not the employees fault but was bad enough we will choose other rental companies over enterprise. I was FORCED to rent the vehicle an entire extra day for absolutely no reason. I attempted to choose 5pm Sunday to return the rental and it would not allow it... so we were forced to rent the vehicle an entire extra day when it just sat at the return lot. Absolutely not ok! Funny that I can return the vehicle to an overnight drop box and leave it there but still was charged the entire extra day... Next time we go somewhere else unfortunately! That really sucks because enterprise is the one of only a few in vacaville and strangely enough is only one of a few that close on Sundays without an alternate return option. Being forced to pay an extra day because you close the branch on Sundays is not fair to anyone involved... So yeah kudos to the staff but shame on you enterprise! Figured I would share this tidbit with all of you
