    Simply service and repairs took over 2 months. Service advisor failed to return phone calls. Service manager failed to return phone call as well. I do not recommend bringing a RV to this location for service.

    Worst buying experience of my life. They give you a price, you finally agree on a monthly payment you’re comfortable with, and you put down your down payment. You’re then given a date to pick up the vehicle. Myke Rizo starts calling your secondary phone number repeatedly, instead of the primary number you provided. Then, suddenly, you’re told they’re overbooked that day and you need to choose another pickup date. You call as much as you can to get answers, and every time you actually manage to speak with him, you’re told, “I’ll call you back.” He never does. You go days without being able to get ahold of anyone. Then, on the day they supposedly scheduled your appointment, you finally get a call saying your appointment is that day. You show up expecting to complete the deal you already agreed to, only to have them try to put you into a completely different loan term that would cost you $100 more per month than what you agreed upon. At this point, you’re understandably furious, but you still try to work something out because you’ve already invested your time and money into this purchase. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they won’t even look you in the eye and basically tell you to “go find a better deal somewhere else.” Absolutely unacceptable customer service and communication from start to finish. If the numbers or financing terms were going to change, that should have been communicated before taking my down payment and scheduling me to pick up the vehicle. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and double-checking every number and financing term before giving this dealership any money. What should have been an exciting vehicle purchase turned into an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience.

    What brought you in? Looking into a great deal for a Coleman trailer during the sale period. How’d we do? Great it was professional . Did anything surprise you (in a good way, we hope)? Very inciteful, I had hoped for a better outcome yet I was waiting on a cash return from a difficult situation i have recently had been going through so I could put $5700 down yet i am still on stand by. What parts of your experience stand out the most? The teams professionalism, and knowledge, very pleasant. Would you come back or recommend us? I am coming back as soon as the $5700 is in hand, hopefully very soon.

    Adrian and Matt are an absolute dream team! Very happy we got to work with them. Adrian was very attentive and helpful in so many ways. Matt was very helpful and so thoughtful in the process of doing the paperwork. I highly recommend them two at this location. The women when you first walk in are so nice and friendly! Love them The man at the register was extremely distracted. He wasn’t attentive at all. The manager of that area or manager of the register part , wow she’s is EXTREMELY unfriendly. It was a strange atmosphere on that area. Very quiet , no greeting people. However again Adrian and Matt area amazing. I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

    This is the worst place I have ever set foot in; they are total amateurs and provide terrible service—from the reception staff and salespeople to the manager and the finance team. It was without a doubt the worst buying experience of my life. Stay away from this place; I wouldn't recommend it even to an enemy. I was frustrated at every stage, from the initial interaction to the financing process. They are so incompetent that they release the vehicle before the financing is actually finalized, and then they tell you to figure out the financing yourself—they offer absolutely no support to the customer.
