    Terrible experience. Saw a trailer we wanted to buy. It was on sale at the Vacaville Camping World. So instead of buying it local, called Vacaville Camping World, worked out a deal over the phone, got approved, paid a deposit, and made an appointment to complete the purchaes. On the day of the appointment we drove a couple of hours there to complete the purchase. When we got there we waited 20 minutes for the sales associate. After introducing himself, he asked if we had brought the cashiers check as we had discussed, and then asked to see it so he could verify it. After inspecting the check he said he was ready yo take us back to sign the papers. We had not seen this specific trailer, and told him we wanted to see the trailer before completing the paperwork. He said he would have it brought around and walked off. After another 20 minute wait the trailer was brought around to where we could look at it. Our sales associate wasn't anywhere to be found. When we asked for him, we were told he was with customers who had an appointment. So we walked over to the trailer to see if it was open and we could inspect it. The trailer was open and we found it to be completely filthy. There was dust and dirt everywhere, shoe prints through the dust on the floor. The pink solution that is put into the RVs for shipping was splashed all over the bathroom counter. Worse, there was a broken cabinet door. This is a trailer I thought we had an appointment to purchase, but it was certainly not purchase ready. After looking at the trailer for about 10 minutes, our sales associate shows back up. We explained to him that we were not happy with the condition of the trailer, and his response was that we were buying it 'as-is'. Apparently, of you do not pay the 3000 Let's Go Camping fee, they will not clean the trailer before purchase, or fix anything that might be broken. We were not happy, and my wife and I were talking about how to proceed and the sales associate left to get his manager. The Manager really had nothing to offer except to say they knew the trailer was broken and had already filed a warranty claim for the repairs. He also said he would wash the trailer. Wanted us to buy the trailer 'as-is', and when the parts came in for the warranty work, he would wash the trailer for us. He was very brusk and did not seem to be interested in resolving the problem, and said he was busy with other problems and rushed back to the store. Ultimately, we requested a refund of our deposit and walked out without purchasing. Worst vehicle purchasing experience we've ever had.

    Myke was very helpful. He listened to our wants and needs without being pushy. He didn't try to sell us an RV that day. He is working with us to find the perfect fit for our needs. Definitely recommend paying them a visit when searching for your RV. Can't wait to find and purchase out vehicle from Myke.

    I was very excited to start a new adventure. I am planning on driving across the United States with my 96-year-old mother and a friend. Our sales experience was not great, but I can’t say it was very bad either. But when we came to pick the vehicle up there were so many things still wrong with it. Now the water heater does not work, water pours out the back of the van. I had also, assumed (don’t assume anything) that since I had stated I was driving across country the oil would’ve been changed. I would’ve paid the extra fee And it’s very difficult to get a hold of somebody in service. I’m deeply afraid that I will not be able to start the journey next week as I had planned.

    Absolutely terrible experience at Camping World. The manager was incredibly unprofessional and showed zero respect for our time. We were constantly told things that turned out not to be true, and communication throughout the process felt dishonest and misleading. The finance department rushed us through paperwork and would not give us adequate time to fully read and understand the contracts before signing. On top of that, everything seemed overpriced, with excessive charges added wherever possible. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend anyone considering doing business here to read every detail carefully and be prepared for hidden costs and poor customer service.

    Mike Johnson. I was given the card for Mike Johnson who I’ve called and left 2-3 voice messages and emails over the period of several days. Every time I call he’s conveniently away from his desk or unable to answer the call. I’ve never even talked to the guy and he’s dodging me because he probably heard I’ll be emailing him from the guy who gave me his card when I went in and they said they can’t help me order parts unless I email this guy first. Are you kidding me. I came in so that I wouldn’t have to do the email bs.What a bunch of lazy jerks and I wouldn’t do business with this place or Mike Johnson. I have no parts ordered and I never was able to make contact with a parts ordering person. I’ll make sure to escalate this to this guys cooperative superiors so they are made aware. Update. After calling the special vip line to the owner of campingworld(Marcus)and after Mike was finally contacted by his superiors he finally called me asking what I would need.
