    We had an outstanding experience with Rod at Camping World! From start to finish, he covered every detail, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. Buying an RV can feel overwhelming, but Rod's knowledge, patience, and professionalism made us feel comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was that he never made us feel pressured. He took the time to get to know our family's needs and helped us find the right fit. On top of that, he was genuinely enjoyable to talk with and made the experience fun rather than stressful. If you're looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, ask for Rod.     Abysmally Terrible Service... Run away! Consistently missed EVERY promised date, never communicated status, and on one occasion, drilled through the exterior wall for a repair and didn't fix the damage until we pointed it out... The sheer definition of incompetence... They are always short-staffed (huge staff turnover), their internal work order system is shambolic (some of our WOs were assigned to people on vacation or had left the company) We bought our rig through Camping World, therefore had a warranty, which is the only reason we used them, but enough is enough... Will never use them again, and would strongly encourage anyone else to avoid them
