He tried to help me find an affordable battery that fit my budget without any pressure to upsell. When we realized my battery terminal was loose, Miguel went above and beyond, sticking with me to ensure we got the post shims installed correctly. Despite the difficulties, he never gave up and insisted I double-check everything to ensure the car was safe. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about their work and their customers. Miguel is a total professional who deserves to go far—I can't recommend this location enough!

Dealer wanted $230.00 just to take a quick look under the hood, not even the cost to fix the problem. Contacted AutoZone and they said bring it on down. Showed up and Chris did work!! Beyond professional, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service!!! Great experience. For the higher ups, this man made our day and he needs his name ON THAT FRONT DOOR!! (Managers) Thanks again.
