I have been a customer for over a year. I’ve purchased the monthly car wash pass and I love it. The staff are efficient and listen when I have a concern. My car comes out clean every time.

This was always my favorite car wash - until today. I paid For the regular $48 wash or whatever it was, and decided to upgrade and pay an extra $20 To get the spray wax added. I paid $68 in total. I’ve noticed that my car is always “ Squeaky clean” When I leave their car wash meaning there is never any wax applied on my car at all. So I figured I would pay the extra $20 to get the spray wax. When I was getting ready to get into my car, I ran my finger across the car door and it sounded squeaky just like it always is. On the hood of the car it felt like there was some oil to it like they had applied the spray cleaner but it appeared they only applied the spray wax on random areas over the car. I mentioned it to the manager and I’m sorry I did. I was barely able to get a word in edgewise over two managers. I was taken into the managers office to watch footage of a woman supposedly applying spray wax to my car, but she was obscured by the car door, so I really don’t know that she even put spray wax on. I tried to call me explain the situation numerous times and was cut off multiple times and spoken over while one of the managers pointed out every flaw on my car telling me I had an old bird poop stain, and I needed a professional wax and possibly a new paint job. All I wanted was spray wax to be evenly applied over the car. And that’s what I paid for And I clearly did not get. Long story short I definitely won’t be going back here.

I’m really disappointed because this is not the first time I’ve had a problem here. On a previous visit, my dashboard was scratched, and this time they left a stain on my sun visor that was not there before. I’m paying for my vehicle to be cleaned and cared for, not to leave with new damage or stains. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — I simply expect the employees to treat customers’ vehicles with care and do quality work. I truly hope management takes this seriously and improves the quality of their work. I would rather see this business improve than stop coming here, but if this keeps happening, I will definitely take my business somewhere else. Two bad experiences are already too many.

They text birthday free gift. I went next day and they said no it is same day. Who can make same day? I will never go there again. They are rude. Also wasn't 2 weeks next day. Less than 24 hrs to received message.

Terrible!!! 3.7 is being nice. First, they couldn't work my car, told me they work on these all the time, I got in it, just fine. Second, they lost the pin to the trailer hitch, now I have to get a new one. They should have told me to take it off, nope nothing, 3rd, I had to go home and vacuum and wipe the car down. Worst car wash ever, skip it!
