  I had been getting my oil changed somewhere else, but I came here because they were open late and I was able to come in without an appointment. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Throughout the entire process, they explained everything they were doing and kept me informed every step of the way. When they recommended additional services, it never felt like they were trying to upsell me just to make money. Instead, they took the time to explain what each service was for and why it was needed, which I really appreciated. I usually hate dealing with car maintenance and these types of services, but they made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Honestly, this was the best service I’ve ever received. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer, and this will be my go to place for oil changes and auto services from now on!

  Tony & Thomas helped me during my oil change service they were very helpful & sweet !!! They checked a bunch of other things as well as my transmissions & things of that such , they also put air in my tires which was amazing cause I hate doing it myself but Definitely recommend them for your oil change thank you guys again

  Absolutely amazing service. I was quickly in and out of there. Special thanks to these gentlemen: Anthony, Cyrus, and Luis. As someone who doesn’t know a single thing about cars these guys broke down everything I needed to know in simple terms that made everything digestible. Will definitely be coming back here again!   I have been taking all of my cars to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Upland for the last seven years. I usually get the full synthetic oil change, and their technical expertise and strong teamwork ethic are truly impressive. Derrick, Hector, and Naomi helped me out today; the service was incredibly fast, and they provided the stellar customer service and honest recommendations I have come to expect here.   I've been coming to this Valvoline location for quite a while, and I've always had a great experience. Jose, the manager, and the rest of the team have consistently been friendly, professional, and very helpful. Even though I didn't catch everyone's name, everyone I've interacted with has provided excellent customer service. They explain everything clearly, never make the process stressful, and always get me in and out quickly. I've never had any issues and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!
