I recommend this location overall. They were so helpful especially Oscar. He was very detailed and helped make the process so much smoother. And the gentleman who helped change the oil and check the hood I apologize I didn’t get your name but you were very great with everything as well.

Valvoline Upland has always been a reliable and safe place for me. As a woman, I always feel like I am being taken advantage of when I go to mechanical places. Valvoline always is very thorough and honest with me. They allow me to sign my oil filter as well which I appreciate and let me check my old one for my signature. I also notice that this location implemented a new procedure where they also sign and date the oil filters which I can really appreciate. Unless something changes, I will continue to complete my oils changes at this location.

Came in for an oil change before work. Service was fast and informational. Victoria did a great job. I was also helped by another tech. I can’t remember his name, but he was very professional and helpful with all the things I needed for my car to keep it running smoothly. Definitely recommend coming here for your oil change.

Oscar was very nice and helpful. Tony serviced my car. I asked him a question regarding my cabin filter and they were kind enough to check it. I was really appreciate of Oscar being so helpful. He apologized for the wait as it was hot but I understand I was 4th in line and they are working fast and diligently.

Evan and Ray were so helpful in getting my oil change and tires rotated. Evan was able to help me out and voluntarily used one of his personal tools for my tire rotation. Evan also asked if I had any coupons to use which helped remind me to use the coupon I had saved on my phone. Ray made sure to show and explain to me the results of the oil change which made me feel at ease that the job had been completed. Jose the manager even made sure I had my dash reset which I always had trouble with after oil changes. Definitely recommend for getting routine maintenance on a timely manner and will be coming back next time.
