  Naomi took care of my oil change beautifully and was super nice. Niko (please correct my spelling) was a great first face and was very thorough with asking about my services and letting me know what I needed. But giving me the choice without any pressure of needing additional services. There were a couple other employees that helped me out with my tire rotation that I sadly didn't get the name of. Mathew, the service manager, was so nice to thoroughly check the work done and make sure that I was taken care of. I've been going to this Valvoline location for years and the service is always done right, fast, and with care. Incredible team that works here!

  Love coming here it’s really convenient and fast. All of the service technicians are amazing and knowledgeable. The people that helped me out today was Matthew. Derian and Derek they were all so helpful and kind, I was in and out and they answered all my questions throughly. As a woman I hate getting really anything done on my car alone but the staff here is so respectful, they don’t look at u like your dumb or try to lie and tack on ridiculous things to your tab. This is a very trusted place I’ve been coming here for 3,years and the service is still amazing!

  I really like going to this place. The people are professional and nice. I just don’t remember when oil changes got to be over $100! I am absolutely mind blown! And that’s not necessarily their fault, maybe it’s just a supply and demand thing. 😬Anyhow, I recommend this place to anyone. I’ve Never used the restroom so I don’t know what it looks like.Lol

  I’ve been coming to Valvoline for over a year for oil changes and they have always been extremely professional. Their service is quick and they are very detailed with their work. I have never had a bad experience here at the location off Baker and foothill in Upland. They do have coupons for their serous helps keep cost down.

  Excellent customer service by Anthony, Josh and Adam. They were informative, professional and friendly. The speed and efficiency is amazing. They were able to get it done on my break. I would definitely recommend this location in Upland.
