Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. He wanted me to sign up for the monthly package and I told him no three times and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. I finally told him I don’t wanna say no again and I will literally drive away and then he finally stopped and let me pay. They push you through the car wash really quickly and then they spray some sort of perfume smell into your car. I am severely allergic to any type of fragrance and I got an instant migraine. I don’t know how to get the smell out of my car and I will not be able to use my air-conditioning. I hope my car isn’t permanently smelling like perfume. Not happy with the wash. Also looking up about the cancellation it’s not easy to cancel like the man at the payment part said. I guess they charge you a five dollar cancellation fee if you council before 45 days. They are liars and they are deceivers and they do not actually tell you the truth and all they do is try to push memberships on you don’t come here.
- DRDrew ReadySep 27, 20261.0Be carefull all. I became a member of this carwash and was pleased until yesterday when I entered the carwash at their direction behind a large truck. As my car proceeded through the middle of the wash, my car slammed into something several times as the rollers continue to push my my car foward. I could not see what it was for about 20 seconds when after my honking, they finally turned off. My windshield cleared and it was the stalled large truck in front of me. That large truck had been stalled for 30 seconds the owner told me. He said the rollers were not able to continue to push his car forward. There is damage to the front of my vehicle. They turned off the machine and I had to drive out over the rollers. The manager took photos and a report and I was told I'd be contacted within three days. No apology for the damage or inconvenience. No help getting all the soap off my car. I'd urge you all to use this car wash with caution.
- DDDianaSep 21, 20261.0Was excited to try out this new car wash. Staff is very friendly. However, wash itself needs major work. Every time we’ve gone through, the car isn’t fully dried. This last time we went through, there was soap residue left on both of side mirrors. We’re also paying for the ceramic plan and one of the times we visited during a small rush, they checked us in and ran us through the basic wash. Plus half way through the car wash the water begins to smell really bad and fills the car with the horrible smell. We will most likely be cancelling our membership soon because spending almost $40 a month for your car to be left with soap residue and water stains is not worth it.

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
