- YGYasmin Gomes4 days ago1.0This place works hand in hand with police to illegally tow vehicles. I had my vehicle illegally towed over expired tags cvc22651(o) , but my tags were paid for just haven't passed the smog. Both the police and this establishment didn't have a right to impound my vehicle especially when I had a licensed driver that was able to take the vehicle. And after I was unlawfully detained, this place already had a lien on my vehicle. Currently I'm unhoused and this place had no problem taking all of my savings to release my vehicle. Its unfortunate when places like this don't know laws and constitutional rights ànd seize property unlawfully. I had to walk 15 miles because I was left with no money or transportation after an arrest. My registration was paid for, I hope stealing my $500 was worth it, the officer trashed my vehicle and the tow truck driver picked up what he could, I had missing items from my vehicle, but of course I wont get it back. just because police call for a tow doesn't mean you should illegally tow a vehicle. Good job on profiting off of unlawful police conduct.

I was shopping around, calling multiple places to get my car towed, i was tight on money and everyone was charging me $150-$170 for a tow that was literally 0.8 miles away from my house. Mr. T only charged me $100 and not gonna lie i was skeptical at first because of the reviews but JONATHAN my driver was super cool, did everything perfect and got my car to my house with ZERO damage. My recommendation, don't listen to the reviews, or pay whatever other tow company that wants to overcharge you BUT, if you come here ask for Jonathan as your driver and you are 100% taken care of. I will definitely be calling this spot or recommending whenever i need a tow service.

My car was towed here my bumper wasn’t attached to my car I literally watched the tow operator put my bumper onto his truck to take to the yard! I’m calling to find my license plate that was attached to my bumper THAT MR. T’s PICKED UP WHEN MY CAR WAS TOWED and they claim my insurance has it but they never received it, there is picture proof my insurance never received the bumper!! They claim the bumper was inside my car but how is a whole Mercedes SUV bumper going to fit inside that vehicle???? It wasn’t inside my car the day it was towed and I doubt the workers cared to put it in the car at all because they were trying to leave since it was closing time. Why would you just throw something away without ensuring the plate wasn’t wanted??? Clearly the employees don’t know how to own up to their mistakes I see why they have such low ratings!
