  This place works hand in hand with police to illegally tow vehicles. I had my vehicle illegally towed over expired tags cvc22651(o) , but my tags were paid for just haven't passed the smog. Both the police and this establishment didn't have a right to impound my vehicle especially when I had a licensed driver that was able to take the vehicle. And after I was unlawfully detained, this place already had a lien on my vehicle. Currently I'm unhoused and this place had no problem taking all of my savings to release my vehicle. Its unfortunate when places like this don't know laws and constitutional rights ànd seize property unlawfully. I had to walk 15 miles because I was left with no money or transportation after an arrest. My registration was paid for, I hope stealing my $500 was worth it, the officer trashed my vehicle and the tow truck driver picked up what he could, I had missing items from my vehicle, but of course I wont get it back. just because police call for a tow doesn't mean you should illegally tow a vehicle. Good job on profiting off of unlawful police conduct. (EDITED FOR OWNER RESPONSE: YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE LAW BECAUSE UNDER AB BILL 3243 MY VEHICLE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN IMPOUNDED, MR.TS NEVER ALLOWED AN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW FOR A PRETEXTUAL IMPOUND UNDER CVC 22658 (B) AND 22650(ii) (B)(C) , PLUS YOU ILLEGALLY FORWARDED THE IMPOUND NOTICE VIA CERTIFIED USPS THAT HAS A RETURN REQUEST TO YOU ,NOT POLICE)

  I am disappointed by Yelp’s decision to remove my review of Mr. T’s Towing. According to the email I received, Yelp did not state that my review was false. Instead, Yelp stated that it believed I may have a relationship with the business that could prevent me from writing a fair review. What concerns me is that this conclusion appears to have been reached without anyone from Yelp contacting me to ask questions, request clarification, or investigate my experience. No evidence was provided to support this assumption, and no one gave me an opportunity to respond. Likewise, no one from the company reached out to discuss the concerns I raised. My review was based on my own observations and personal experience. I felt extremely uncomfortable due to the behavior of a driver named Jose. Based on the conduct I experienced and observed, I believe he behaved in a way that was inappropriate, disrespectful toward women, and, in my opinion, came across as a pervert. His actions left me feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. I also observed behavior toward a female front desk employee that I found disturbing. From what I witnessed, he continued bothering and harassing her even after being told to stop. Watching this interaction reinforced my concerns about his conduct and his lack of respect for others in the workplace. Yelp’s email states that reviews may be removed when moderators believe a reviewer has a relationship with the business, even if the review describes firsthand experiences. If that is the reason my review was removed, then Yelp’s decision was based on an assumption about who I am rather than an investigation into what I reported. I stand by the fact that my review reflected my honest experience and observations. I believe consumers should be allowed to share truthful firsthand experiences, especially when those experiences involve behavior that made them feel uncomfortable. If Yelp believes there is information that justifies removing my review, I would appreciate a clear explanation and supporting evidence rather than having my experience dismissed without further inquiry.
